This article [] was originally published online on 29 March 2011 with the following errors.

Two of the authors’ names were misspelled. “Vamsy P. Chodavarpu” should have been Vamsy P. Chodavarapu and “Andrew K. Kirk” should have been Andrew G. Kirk.

Also, the current affiliation for Mohamad Hajj-Hasan was added as a footnote on page 1 as follows: Department of Biomedical Engineering, Lebanese International University, Mazraa, Beirut, P.O. Box: 146404, Lebanon.

All versions of the article were corrected 25 April 2011.
