Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, the electromagnetic radiation is becoming more and more serious, which not only affects the normal operation of precision electronic products, but also poses a potential threat to human health. Thus, the development of absorbing materials has become a hot topic and is booming in the military and civilian fields to reduce the influence of electromagnetic radiation. Compared to some single magnetic loss materials or electrical loss materials, metal-carbon materials derived from recently developed Metal Organic Frameworks (MOFs) can combine the advantages of carbon materials and magnetic materials, they have become a hot topic. In this paper, it is proposed to prepare MOFs precursors with non-magnetic metal salt solution (Cr(NO3)3•9H2O) and magnetic metal salt solution (FeCl3•6H2O) as raw materials, and the morphology of CrFe MOFs is regulated by adjusting the molar ratio of Cr/Fe. The results show that when the molar ratio of Cr/Fe is 1:1, CrFe@C nanorods structure is obtained, after pyrolysis at 500°C in Ar argon atmosphere. The maximum Reflection Loss (RL) is -54.47 dB at 16.6 GHz with a thickness of 1.94mm,and the corresponding effective absorbing bandwidth (RL⪅-10 dB) was up to 3 GHz (15-18.0GHz).The absorbing material possesses the characteristics of high porosity and large specific surface area in structure. Among them, high porosity is beneficial to optimize impedance matching and large specific surface area promotes the scattering attenuation of electromagnetic wave, which will be helpful for obtaining excellent microwave absorption performance. Thus, in the field of microwave absorbing materials, the obtained CrFe@C structure has broad application prospects.
