Abstract
Surface species formed in the function of the temperature during the preparation of RuO2/TiO2 mixed oxide thin films prepared from isopropanolic solutions of the precursor salts on titanium support by heat treatment were identified by IRES measurements. Emission FTIR investigations of the black electrocatalytic thin films can contribute to the understanding of reactions taking place during heating and can be used to optimize electrode characteristics.
