Abstract

Backward-wave oscillator (BWO) based tunable monochromatic spectrometer equipped withcomputer aided control and data processing means is applied for liquid (ethanol, water, mineral oil)and solid (Si, GaAs, YBaCuO) sample characterization in the frequency range above 200 GHz.
