Profile Summary

Dr. Ali Imran is a young scientist from Pakistan. His main field of research is semiconductor physics and its application in high speed electronic and optoelectronic devices. His previous research projects were focused on quantum dot photodetectors and solar cells, where most of research was based on theoretical modeling and simulation using COMSOL Multiphysics. Recently, he is using his deep research knowledge towards highly efficient high power, high-speed electronic device fabrication by Molecular Beam Epitaxy at Peking University. His current target is to achieve highest possible mobility of Indium Nitride thin films which will be further applied for High Electron Mobility Transistors.
