With the development of science and technology, our country has made further breakthroughs and improvements in the positioning of tooling and fixtures for machining. This article analyses the basic principles of workpiece clamping and fixture design. It mainly studies the design of fixture positioning based on machining. And we finally figure out that the fixture greatly facilitates the machining process, and it will be more convenient and durable in the future.

In order to solve the problems faced by aircraft fuel tank failure inspection, this paper researched and designed a multibackbones continuous manipulator. The manipulator uses a push-pull structure to control the coordinated deformation of four flexible backbones, so as to realize the bending, rotation and axial movement of the manipulator. Secondly, based on the geometric analysis method, a mathematical model of the manipulator's multi-backbones length variation, joint variables and end pose is established, and the working space is used to verify the motion capability of the continuous manipulator and the accuracy of the kinematics model.

In order to meet the cleaning needs of aquaculture cages, a frame-type underwater carrying platform is developed, which mainly includes the underwater platform design, the layout of motion device, the embedded control system, the multisensing system, the sonar detection, and the underwater lighting, etc. The underwater cleaning robot can use manual remote control and automatic control, and can be operated by a ground control terminal station. The underwater platform has 6 thrusters and integrates a variety of sensors. It can measure underwater pose, underwater depth, underwater temperature, gas pressure and temperature in cabin, and camera video, and transmit to the control station for real time display. The control system of ground control terminal station and the underwater platform uses multiple ARM single-chip microcomputers, which can carry out real-time CAN communication and command control between the shore and the underwater robot. It can move up and down, move forward and backward, rotate left and right, and tilt left and right under the water. Experiments show that the multi-degree-of-freedom flexible operation and automatic depth control of the underwater platform can be realized through the remote joysticks, which provides an experiment platform for underwater cleaning robot for aquaculture cages.

With the rise of artificial intelligence algorithm, it is possible to realize rapid intelligent diagnosis of bearing fault. In this paper, combined with simulation, the application of Autoencoder in motor bearing fault diagnosis is studied. In this paper, the validity of bearing fault simulation using time - frequency analysis method is verified. The data representation and clustering capability of the Autoencoder are fully verified by simulation signals and exposed data sets. Compared with BP network, the Autoencoder network has lower training costs and more stable diagnosis results, which can realize motor bearing fault diagnosis more effectively.

Modular multilevel converter MMC has been extensively studied in recent years because of its unique adaptability to meet high-voltage and large-capacity scenarios. However, the fluctuation of the capacitor voltage of the MMC sub-module causes circulating currents between the three-phase units, which affects the working characteristics of the converter, increases system losses, and causes excessive economic costs. After comparing various circulating current suppression methods, an improved traditional PI control circulating current suppression strategy is proposed. The fuzzy PI control strategy controls the voltage and the inner loop quasi-proportional control strategy controls the current to achieve the circulating current suppression effect.

Asymmetric rotor bearing (ARB) is a special rotor bearing system, misalignment and clearance of spline in ARB system bring in multiple nonlinear forces and moments, which may cause premature failures to the rotary machines. In this study, a nonlinear dynamic model considering the parallel misalignment, angular misalignment and manufacturing level of the spline was established, and the vibration characteristics of these factors on the ARB system were analyzed to explore the vibration characteristics of ARB system under multi-source nonlinear excitation. The results show that the manufacturing level of the spline has a great influence on the lateral vibration. Parallel misalignment changes vibration response by changing the backlash distribution. Angular misalignment excites high-frequency vibration of the ARB system. Provide a theoretical basis for the design, vibration suppression and fault diagnosis of ARB systems.

Hydraulic mechanism is widely used in modern machinery and equipment, and its cavitation phenomenon can cause harmful phenomena such as noise, vibration, and hydraulic shock. In this paper, a typical naval gun's recoil mechanism with control rod is selected as the research object, and a two-dimensional model of the flow field in the recoil mechanism is established. The finite element calculation software ANSYS Fluent was used to numerically simulate the internal flow field model before and after considering the cavitation effect, and the physical parameters such as the pressure, flow velocity and composition change of the internal flow field in the recoil mechanism were determined. The simulation results before and after considering the cavitation effect were compared. The recoil resistance test indirectly verifies the correctness of the simulation results. Through experimental observation of the internal parts of the recoil mechanism, the hazard of the internal cavitation effect of the hydraulic components was verified. This research can provide theoretical guidance for the optimization and optimization of hydraulic mechanism performance and vibration and noise reduction.

Traditional feature fusion methods are difficult to extract sensitive features related to fault under various operating conditions. A new feature fusion method is proposed in this paper, which uses the combination of entropy-weighted nuisance attribute projection (EWNAP) and orthogonal locality preserving projections (OLPP) to extract new features. The clustering performance of the proposed method is macroscopically described by the scatter plot graph, and the new feature vectors processed by EWNAP-OLPP as the samples put into the back propagation (BP) neural network for fault pattern recognition.

In order to explore the reasonable limit scale of large-scale container ship, the development process of large-scale container ship is reviewed in this paper; the influencing factors of large-scale container ship are summarized by using the method of system analysis, and the logical relationship diagram between the main influencing factors is constructed; this paper analyzes the impact of large-scale container ship on port and shipping market; the future development trend of key factors such as shipping requirements, shipping distance and transportation organization mode is predicted. The results show that: in the current technology and business environment, the large-scale container ship in the future has reached the upper limit of the stage.

This paper is focused on the modeling, parameter identification and control strategies of creep phenomenon of piezoelectric actuators. Specifically, a fractional order model is established to characterize the creep behavior. Compared with the traditional creep modeling method like logarithmic model, the fractional order model has faster convergence speed and less steady-state error. Afterwards, a fractional order PI controller is designed for closed-loop control. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the controller. All above results indicate that fractional order theory can improve the accuracy of creep tracking and prediction of piezoelectric actuators.

The driving safety is affected by the sealing of the joint surface of the gearbox of high-speed train. In this paper, the motor excitation load was extracted by the gear calculation software RomaxDesigner, the sealing performance of the joint surface of the high-speed train gearbox under working conditions and extreme working conditions was analyzed through the finite element analysis software. The analysis results show that the sealing performance of each joint surface of the box body met the requirements under general working conditions, and did not meet the sealing requirements under a limit working condition, it was consistent with the actual oil seepage position. The improvement was made by selecting an optimized method, and the results showed that the sealing performance of the improved gearbox satisfied the requirements. This analysis method provides a reference for the evaluation and analysis of the sealing performance of the joint surface of the gearbox of the high-speed train.

As a common object in simulation systems, the research of the simulation of flexible ropes is very important. Based on the Unity3D platform, the simulation technology of flexible rope and water waves is studied to create a flexible rope model that can float on water surface and flow with the waves. The experiments show that the rope responds to the water surface and waves very naturally and the system runs smoothly.

Considering the current ballasted track bed quality state evaluation and detection method is off-line, low efficiency and other defects, the lateral displacement of the rail row has been proposed as a new evaluation index for the quality state of the track bed. Regarding the track as a dynamic system, the vehicle-mounted excitation device applies lateral excitation to the rail row and measures its lateral displacement. It is difficult to directly measure the lateral displacement of the rail row. An estimation algorithm based on Kalman filter is designed to calculate the lateral displacement of rail row in real time; Meanwhile, wavelet transform and covariance matching algorithm is introduced to adaptively optimize the two key design parameters of the Kalman filter: measurement noise covariance matrix R and system noise covariance matrix Q to improve the robustness of Kalman filter algorithm. Finally, the measured data of the railway line verifies that the algorithm can accurately estimate the lateral vibration displacement of the track row through the acceleration signal, and provide technical support for the future research on the continuous online detection of the quality state of ballast track bed.

The deployment of rasterization constant current remote supply system of submarine observation network is concerned. The number of deployment nodes is maximized and the total construction cost is reduced as the goal. The basic reliability of the system is taken as the constraint condition, and the genetic algorithm is used to optimize and design the rasterized constant-current remote supply system, which proposes the best deployment scheme. The simulation results show that this algorithm has a good convergence effect and is suitable for the design of constant current remote supply system of seabed observation network.

This paper studies the mission planning of a single UAV, and proposes a rapid mission planning method for UAVs based on the Voronoi diagram genetic algorithm. Taking the shortest coordinated strike path as the objective function, the Voronoi diagram is used to divide the task environment space, which effectively reduces the space complexity of the solution. On the basis of the centralized mission planning architecture, the genetic algorithm based on the Voronoi diagram is used to realize the rapid solution of the problem and the mission planning of the UAV. The simulation results show that this method can effectively select the initial base and complete the coordinated strike mission of multiple targets.

In order to optimize the flow field at the bottom of the car body and reduce the aerodynamic resistance of the wheel, the flow field of the basic model is simulated and analyzed using the numerical simulation, and the eyebrow spoiler has been designed in this paper. The simulation results show that the drag reduction effect of the front wheel spoiler is 24 counts, and the actual drag reduction effect is 22 counts from the wind tunnel testing, which can reduce the energy consumption by 2%. Therefore, the "eyebrow" spoiler can reduce the impact of air flow on the front wheel, lead the airflow flowing smoothly, achieve high performance in drag reduction, and finally reduce energy consumption.

This paper considers the influence of external controllable factors and external uncontrollable factors, and based on the self-reaction ability, learning ability, and emergency handling ability of the automatic driving system, establishes the behavior model of the automatic driving system, and replaces the reliable flowchart of automatic driving based on the model, and analyzes Quantitative flow chart, using Markov chain theory to transform the quantified flow chart into a Markov probability transition diagram; list the probability transition matrix according to the probability transition diagram, solve the stable distribution of the matrix, and use the stable distribution to solve the behavior of the autonomous driving system reliability.

In the space radiation environment, there will be many errors in the multi-classification results of support vector machine which caused by single event flipping, the ability to correct classification errors through error correction coding is studied in this paper, results of simulation confirm that error correction coding can increase the accuracy, which is beneficial for anti-single event flip.

In order to solve the problems of waste of hardware resources, high maintenance cost and data security in the design of coal mine drilling equipment, a digital cloud platform for drilling design is built, which integrates VMware virtualization of back-end server and Citrix desktop virtualization of front-end. It is expounded that the software and hardware components of the cloud platform for coal mine drilling equipment design. The following four parts are introduced in detail for the platform: VMware server virtualization, Citrix desktop virtualization, secondary development for actual R and D environment application and data protection. The practical results of the digital design cloud platform for coal drilling equipment show that the virtualized cloud platform solution has significant advantages in terms of information security, ease of maintenance, frequency of hardware replacement, rapid deployment and convenience of out-of-home office.

In order to improve the off grid operation control effect of flexible battery pack of power conversion system (PCS) in energy storage system level, this study proposed a coordinated control method for off grid operation of PCs flexible battery pack with complex load. The capacitor terminal voltage of flexible battery is controlled in advance, and the mathematical model of PCs flexible battery off grid control is established. The compensation method of line voltage drop difference is applied to the off grid control, and the coordinated control of PCs flexible battery under complex load is realized. The experimental results show that the control voltage can be stabilized and the control time is short after the coordinated control method of PCs flexible battery pack is controlled under complex load. It is proved that the control method in this paper is beneficial to the coordinated distribution of power among multiple machines and to ensure good voltage and frequency quality.

In this paper, the mathematical model of the center-axle trailer combination and the TruckSim nonlinear simulation model are established, and the reliability of the simulation model is verified through actual vehicle tests. Aiming at the problem that TruckSim cannot control the single-wheel braking time control, a TruckSim/Simulink co-simulation model was established to study the effect of the braking lag of the central axle trailer on turning braking. The simulation shows that the length of the braking lag time directly affects the braking distance of the train. The reason is that the braking lag changes the wheel locking time of the central axle trailer, shortening the trailer braking lag time, and reducing the yaw rate of the trailer, improve braking stability.

Boiler is an important equipment of ship, steam and water circulation system is the most important system of boiler. Through the case analysis of a large number of marine boiler faults, it is found that there are some defects in the design of steam and water circulation system of existing boilers, and it is difficult to solve the two key problems of "boiler water containing oil" and "water level gauge cleaning without disassembly". By analyzing the causes of the faults and technical difficulties, this paper puts forward the optimization scheme for the steam and water circulation system of marine boilers: adding the oil content monitoring and alarm device in the boiler water system to solve the problem of "oil content in boiler water"; the "self-cleaning water level gauge" is developed, the turbine driven brush is used to achieve the purpose of automatic cleaning.

Fully Automatic Operation (FAO) represents the future development trend of rail transit, but there is a lack of an ATS display solution fully applicable to it within this industry. Therefore, the current situation of ATS display interfaces adopted by about 50 rail transit lines in more than 10 cities both home and abroad was researched and analyzed in this paper. Given the development background of ultra-large-scale network, this paper, with the actual requirements of operation and dispatching fully considered, proposed an ATS display scheme which was not only compatible with traditional manned driving systems but also applicable to the Fully Automatic Operation system.

With the rapid development of intelligent driving technology, autonomous vehicle following system has been widely used. In this paper, the technical characteristics, test methods and standards of the current autonomous following system are analyzed. Combining with the capability and ODD of the autonomous following system of vehicles on sale, a vehicle test and evaluation method of the autonomous following system is proposed, and a reasonable and feasible test technical scheme is put forward. The proposed test evaluation method and test technical scheme were verified by using automatic driving robot, GST and SCT and other test equipment. The test results show that there is space for further refinement in the evaluation of comfort, and the evaluation of safety can represent the safety of the tested vehicle in a relatively comprehensive way

The definition, advantages, domestic development status of low-floor vehicles and the difference between the gauges of low-floor vehicles and subway vehicles are briefly described. The main composition, marshalling form and basic characteristics of bogies of 100% low-floor vehicles are demonstrated. The gauge calculation method provided by the CJJ/96 standard is appropriately modified for use in low-floor vehicles, and the calculation formulas for the same direction and the reverse direction of the lateral movement and roll of the vehicle body are respectively discussed. A program is written to calculate the displacement, and then the result is converted into the gauge of the vehicle. The validity of the formula is verified.

In this paper, a novel method is mentioned using a spherical magnetohydrodynamic attitude adjusting mechanism for threeaxis attitude adjustment of satellite. The time variation of the flow velocity, angular momentum and output torque is studied in the proposed mechanism. The numerical results could be used for optimizing attitude mechanism design, and provide guidance for following experimental research.

From the perspective of activities, this article considers the differences in commuting behavior between autonomous vehicles and regular vehicles, and studies the morning peak travel behavior in the bottleneck corridor when the two coexist. Considering that autonomous vehicles affect the value of time of commuters, the changes in commuting behavior of commuters in the morning peak are studied and the equilibrium travel mode at this time is analyzed.

Conventional iterative learning control (ILC) algorithm is designed for tasks with strictly repetitive characteristics, which is difficult to be satisfied in industrial applications. Thus, the applicational range of ILC is limited. Aiming at solving the problem of controlling the output to a certain range under the morphologically-similar but varying-scale interferences, finitely historical conditions are selected, of which a measurable and time-scale-concerned parameter is selected. Then, some clusters of the conditions are formulated, in which the probability distributions are initialised by the known conditions while the corresponding control inputs are initialised based on the conventional ILC algorithm. Next, based on the ideology of expectation maximization (EM) algorithm, the control inputs and the probability distributions are iteratively updated to make the ILC for suppressing the morphologically-similar and varying-scale interferences possible: (1) the control input is calculated by the prior-probability that current conditions belong to a cluster and the corresponding control inputs for the cluster; (2) the control input will be updated by the prior-probability and the control error; (3) the posterior-probability will be calculated and the cluster will be refreshed. Finally, probability distribution and corresponding control inputs will be gained for the novel ILC algorithm after enough iterations to make the error of the control smaller. By convergence analysis and an applicational simulation, the adaptivity and feasibility of the novel ILC algorithm have been proved.

As an essential safety device of elevator, speed governor and safety gear system will quickly stop the car when the elevator occurs overspeed or other accidents. According to the shooting video of elevator speed governor trigger process, the software analyzes the video by frame and gets the action of governor. The software can display gray level detection result display and draw the speed curve. Through using this software, the verification efficiency and accuracy of the elevator speed governor inspection can be significantly improved.

Research on distribution network including VSC-connected distributed generation control has arouse more consideration due to the application of DC distributed generation. In this paper, a hierarchical economical MPC control strategy for VSCconnected DG is proposed to realize the efficient and economical control for VSC-AC system. Firstly, the dynamic characteristic of VSC-DG system is analyzed, and the time domain model for this system is established; secondly, the lower layer of overall control strategy is established, which utilizes MPC scheme to realize the track of power to reference value efficiently; then, a consensus protocol is established in upper layer to seek the power reference value for lower layer, realizing the economical distribution of active power; finally, simulation result of hybrid network model verifies the effectiveness of proposed control strategy.

With the development of marine transportation industry, the technology of fault inquiry of ship electric control is developing continuously, and the fault of large ships is very important, and the fault location is also very important. The OPC network technology plays an irreplaceable role in the fault location of the electrical control of ships, and the shipping industry has a relatively good development prospect. It is worth considering how to ensure the normal and stable operation of ships, at present, most of the ships have adopted electrification control, but there are still a lot of problems in the process of electrification control, so it is necessary to strengthen the research on fault diagnosis of electrical system. In this paper, the fault location of marine electrical control based on OPC network technology is discussed from the constitution and fault diagnosis of marine electrical system.

The rapid sparseness for support vector set of support vector machine is required in some specific application scenarios. After extensive research and comparison of the common similarity measurement methods between different samples, four methods are proposed in this paper according to the principles of cosine and Mahalanobis distance, and simulation experiments have verified the effectiveness of these methods.

In order to scientifically prevent coal mine safety accidents, the Bayesian network (BN) method is used to put forward 26 Bayesian network nodes from five levels: personal factor level, group factor level, management factor level, environmental factor level and equipment and facilities level, and the probability evaluation index system of miners' unsafe behavior is established. In view of the fuzziness of the evaluation of the influencing factors of miners' unsafe behavior, the language evaluation level is used to describe the variables. Through the consistency processing of Delphi method, the conditional probability of Bayesian network nodes is determined, and the sensitivity of the results is analyzed. The results show that among the 26 influencing factors, the sensitivity of work discipline is the largest, that is, the influence of work discipline on miners' unsafe behavior is the largest, followed by group pressure.

In view of the problem that the amount of carbon monoxide emission in the goaf of a reformed coal mine exceeds the standard seriously and the temperature rises abnormally, the directional drilling technology is used to achieve the purpose of the middle target temperature abnormal area. By pouring yellow mud and anti-fire materials into the target area by drilling holes, the temperature and carbon monoxide concentration in the abnormal area were reduced successfully, and the spontaneous combustion and carbon monoxide concentration in the goaf were effectively treated. Ensure the safety of mine production.

In order to grasp the overall flight safety situation and trends accurately, and further improve the ability of risk prediction, this paper put forward a model for flight safety situation evaluation based on fuzzy matter-element by considering the vagueness of flight safety situation and incompatibility of evaluation index. Firstly, based on the "Human -MachineEnvironment" theory, a indicator system of flight safety situation evaluation was established, and the weight of evaluation index was determined by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy-weight; Secondly, combining the fuzzy set theory with Euclid approach degree, the model for flight safety situation evaluation was built, and the steps of evaluation was also cleared; Finally, a flight training group was taken a example, and its flight safety situation was analyzed quantitatively based on the data from January to August in 2020. The results show that the model is effective and feasible to portray the safety trends, the quantitative results are objective and effective, can provide a new way for flight safety management.

The root cause of mission safety problem is the loose combination of safety and mission, and the inadequate traction and restraint of safety by missions. Therefore, an aviation equipment mission safety model is established to study the safety events during mission execution. The definition of mission safety (MS) and the mathematical foundation of the instability domain is given based on the Safety Structure Theory (SST) and three-way decision-making theory(3WD). Factors are used to express the SHEL system and mission system, and then the atomic action factor space (AAFS) is developed to “bear” the state space of the target mission profile, and the atomic SHEL space (ASFS) is developed to “bear” the state space that describes the constraints of the mission system on the SHEL system. The mapping from ASFS×AAFS to ASFS is established, which could transform the evolution of MS into the spatial dynamic trajectory in ASFS. This model can be used in the construction of mission safety analysis platform, the evaluation and prediction.

Aiming at avoiding the occurrence of collisions between vehicles and pedestrians, who were crossing roads, a fuzzy logic control - based collision risk assessment model, and a corresponding pedestrian AEB control strategy were proposed. The AEB control strategy consists of two levels of early warning outputs, and two levels of braking force outputs, which are based on the collision risk assessment results. First, a vehicle-pedestrian collision model was established. Then, a fuzzy control-based risk assessment model and an AEB longitudinal control strategy model were designed in Matlab/Simulink. Second, a simulation scene in PreScan was set up. Finally, the proposed control strategy was verified by a Simulink and PreScan co-simulation. The results showed that the in-house developed AEB control strategy could accurately assess the collision risk and take effective countermeasures to avoid collisions with pedestrians who were crossing roads at constant speeds. The strategy can accurately identify the change of the movement of the pedestrian. When the relative speed between the vehicle and the pedestrian is high, the proposed AEB control strategy can greatly reduce the collision speed, especially when pedestrians cross roads suddenly.

Three methods, SSMC, ESO-SMC and ASMC, are presented in this paper for repression of chattering. There are four steps for a common process in refined methods. The first step is determining the state variables and the relation between the state variables. The second is obtaining the derivation of the slide surface function. Third, the approach rate function and the control output of the synovial variable structure are presented. Finally, the system’s stability is proved by Lyapunov energy function. In addition, three methods are compared, which demonstrates the similarities and difference for the methods in the paper. The SSMC improves the order of slide surface to obtain good robustness, and the ESO-SMC endeavors to design a disturbance observer to suppress chattering. ASMC with Adaptivity principle from adaptive controllers intends to decrease the chattering phenomenon. The good results and performance show effectively.

Aiming at the low efficiency of manual detection of X-ray image defects in the production process of casting gearboxes, combined with the machine learning theory in computer vision recognition, a defect detection algorithm based on feature engineering and machine learning is proposed. Through image preprocessing and part X-ray image feature extraction, different feature models are established, and the algorithm is evaluated through different machine learning classifiers. Car subframe products are used for experimental verification. In general, the combination of directional gradient histogram (HOG) and Naive Bayes (GNB) can achieve the best results, with an accuracy rate of 83%. Compared with manual detection, this algorithm effectively improves the classification speed, and the classification accuracy has also been greatly improved, which proves the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

In the promotion and construction of the Yangtze River digital waterway project, in order to solve the problem that lacking of standard and unified visual spatial information service in the waterway management business process, the framework of the spatial database system of the Yangtze River digital waterway is designed in combination with the maintenance management mode and business characteristics of the Yangtze River waterway, and proposed the system practice scheme of the function, data architecture and standard specification of the spatial database system, which provides effective technical support for the realization of unified intelligent service of spatial information of the Yangtze River waterway.

Based on the three-element parallel "Inerter-Spring-Damper" suspension (ISD suspension) configuration, combined with the design idea of parameter switching in the semi-active suspension, a multi-mode switching is designed to solve the problem of poor low-frequency vibration response of traditional passive suspension. The vehicle parameters in the actual state are analyzed, and the operating conditions of each working mode and the boundary conditions of mode switching are determined. The finite state machine (FSM) theory is used as the theoretical basis for control strategy modeling, and the logic rules for mode switching are established by using the Simulink/Stateflow module. The simulation results show that the semi-active suspension mode based on multi-mode switching control reduces the root-mean-square value of the suspended mass acceleration by 3.77% and 2.52%, respectively.

At present, the quasi-moving block signaling system is widely used in high-speed railway, and the quasi-moving block signaling system will be replaced by the moving block signaling system in the future. In order to solve the problem that the line transport efficiency is limited due to the lack of an effective train cooperative control algorithm under the existing traffic mode, this paper studies the cooperative control algorithm of high-speed trains in moving block mode on the basis of autopilot. A distributed controller based on bounded potential function is proposed to ensure the predetermined speed and position tracking performance of the train. Finally, combined with the parameters of CRH380A EMU, the feasibility of the multi-train cooperative control algorithm is verified in the simulation model.

This paper analyzes the influence of the adhesive layer material type, interface roughening treatment technology and temperature on the bond performance between the cement concrete pavement and the overlay layer of the highway tunnel through direct shear test and shear test. The results showed that the interlayer shear strength and drawing strength increase and decrease after reaching a limit value with the increase in the amount of sticky layer oil spread when the sticky layer oil is within a certain range. The effect of roughening treatment is obvious. The effect of vibrating cut and milling is increased by 2 to 3 times and more obvious than the effect of groove and napping. The interlayer shear strength and drawing strength of the three adhesive layer materials decrease with the increase of temperature. The shear strength and drawing strength of SBS modified asphalt are higher than SBR modified emulsified asphalt and rubber asphalt with the increase of temperature.

Considering that the smartphone with built-in sensors transformed the way people's living and working styles, in this paper, a computational model and algorithm utilizing smartphone were proposed to determine the International roughness index (IRI) based on vehicle suspension parameters and whole vehicle model. First, the driving data acquisition APP was developed using JAVA 8 as the programming language and Android Studio 3.4. Then, the identification on the suspension parameters of test vehicle was implemented by complex mode formulations and drop test. Subsequently, the algorithm about theoretical relationships among vehicle operating data, longitudinal elevation data (LED) and IRI were derived based on the whole vehicle model (WVM). Finally, an experimental verification was performed on asphalt pavement with known roughness index. The results demonstrated that the maximum relative error between the determined value and standard value was less than 10%.

A novel ACC algorithm that fully considers the characteristics of the driver is proposed in order to improve satisfaction and acceptance of the commercial Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) system in this paper. Firstly, the driving style is analyzed based on the driving data collection through the GMM-KL algorithm, and then the driver model is established and the driver’s sensitivity to tracking error is analyzed and discussed; Afterwards, an MPC-based ACC algorithm is designed which comprehensively considers multiple objectives including the ride comfort, the driving safety and the traffic efficiency. The weighting adjustment mechanism according to the sensitivity analysis is introduced to truly reflect driving fondness of drivers with different driving styles. The simulations show that the proposed ACC algorithm in this paper can achieve reasonable expectation during the car-following and demonstrate the driving habits for drivers, which will help to enhance the adaptability of the ACC system.

In this paper, the new type of guiding electromagnet for high speed maglev train is taken as the research object, and the optimization design is carried out to reduce the mass of the electromagnet and increase the electromagnetic force. With the help of ANSYS finite element simulation software, the magnetic field distribution inside the existing guiding electromagnet is analyzed, and the guiding electromagnetic force is numerically calculated. On this basis, the effects of removing part of the material, changing the size of the core and changing the width of the core side baffle on the electromagnetic force were simulated and analyzed respectively, and a comprehensive optimization scheme was proposed to optimize the guided electromagnet. The simulation results show that the comprehensive optimization scheme can greatly increase the electromagnetic force while reducing the mass of the guiding electromagnet.

As an essential means of transportation in the modern people's living and production places, the number of elevators in use and the number of new increases are constantly rising. The safe operation of elevators has attracted strong attention from the society and people. The operating principle of drag force driving elevator is to utilize the friction between wheel groove and the wire rope to drive the wire rope, so that the elevator car and counterweight block move up and down. Elevator upward braking check is an important test stipulated by the national inspection regulations, the test results can reflect the braking performance and traction capacity of the elevator. If the elevator cannot be stopped reliably under the upward emergency braking condition, there may be a risk of crashing to the top without control, thus causing serious safety accidents. There are two situations of failure for the unreliable stopping, of which one is the insufficient braking force, the other is the insufficient drag force. When the drag force is sufficient but the braking force is insufficient, the braking wheel will slip but the drag wire rope won’t [9]. There will be an elevator sliding due to the elevator car (or counterweight block) weight and drag wheel and elevator car cannot be stopped. When the stopping force is sufficient but the drag force is insufficient, the drag wheel can be stopped but there will be a sliding between the drag wheel and wire rope, the elevator car cannot be stopped, either. To ensure the safe operation of the elevator the upward braking drag investigation should be carried out frequently during the operation of the elevator. The existing testing methods of upward braking are mainly wire rope marking and visual testing. The current inspection methods all have evident defects that the error of the measurement data is large and the misjudgment of the inspection results easily appear. In this paper, an automatic testing system for elevator upward braking check is studied, which is composed of weighing device, data collection device, control device, central processing unit and alarm device. It has the advantages of accurate measuring data, simple operation and small installation difficulty.

In order to optimize the design, control and use of linear eddy current brakes for high-speed trains, this paper uses the laws of the magnetic circuit and electromagnetic induction to derive the physical model of eddy current braking force for linear eddy current brakes for high-speed trains. Based on the law of conservation of energy, considering the temperature rise of the track surface caused by eddy current braking and the heat loss of the track itself, combining the superposition process of track surface temperature that actually affects the braking force under the time domain process, the braking force is corrected in combination with the influence of temperature, and the effect of the track surface temperature is obtained, which is closer to the actual situation. The results showed that, the new mathematical model combines with the heat influence, which can be applied below to the critical speed, when the speed exceeds the critical speed, the calculation method proposed in this paper can show the change trend of temperature and braking force.

The software can not only detect the reset time and reset distance of the hydraulic buffer, but also master the whole dynamic process of the compression and reset of the hydraulic buffer of the elevator. It has the advantages of strong versatility, high degree of intelligence, small influence of human factors in the measurement process, and the risk is free for the inspectors.

At present, the main transformer room gate of the prefabricated substation in use generally has the problem of sound leakage. If the noise prevention is not handled well, it will cause the substation noise to disturb the people and affect the construction of a harmonious society. In this paper, the cause of sound leakage is analyzed first. The sound leakage is mainly caused by the deformation and manufacturing error of the gate, the thin shell structure of the gate , and the sound leakage of the air inlet louver. Then, improvement measures are proposed on this basis. The noise reduction performance was optimized by improving the rigidity of the gate body, using multiple gate slits, and using a rotary air intake system. Finally, a new assembly-type substation main transformer room gate was designed accordingly. And a detailed description of the gate structure is presented. After adopting this design, the sound absorption and sound insulation performance of the main transformer room gate of the prefabricated substation has been greatly improved, the ventilation and heat removal performance has been significantly improved as well.

To find out the source of noise and electromagnetic field in smart substation, the causes of noise from the core magnetostrictive phenomenon of transformers and the electromagnetic environment in substation is analyzed. Through the analysis, the basis for the design of the noise and electromagnetic field monitoring devices of the smart substation is obtained. In addition, the A-weighting network is used foe data preprocessing to get noise intensity data that corresponds to human ear by adjusting the weights of different frequency components of noise. The Hall Sensor is used to design the device that can monitor the magnetic strength. Since its accuracy is sensitive to the temperature change, the accuracy compensation and temperature compensation circuit is designed. Then next, the communication system is designed according to the requirements of communication in different sceneries. Finally, the sensitivity and accuracy of the system were verified through actual results obtaining from Chongqing Jiangjin 110 kV Shanshu Smart Substation which the system is applied to.

This paper focuses on the leader-following consensus problem of linear multi-agent systems (MASs). Usually the MAS is considered as a fixed topology without considering the changes of agent’s state. In practice, however, agents often have a strong mobility. In this case, the MAS suffers from inconsistency after the entry and departure of agents. In this paper, we design the control scheme of each agent to achieve state consensus by using local information and analyze the leaderfollowing consensus problem in the case of agent node dynamically joining in the original network topology, and information exchange between the agents can be described by the network topology. The control method of MAS, with agent node dynamic join characteristics, is designed based on algebraic graph theory and Lyapunov theory. Simulation results show the validity and effectiveness of the algorithms.

Combined with the walking test, the cause positioning and mechanism analysis are completed, and comprehensive solutions to regularly clean up the surplus and improve the lubrication effect are formulated. Walking tests show that the measures are effective and the problems are effectively solved.

With the extensive application of driver fatigue detection system (DFDS) in commercial vehicles, in-depth testing and evaluation of DFDs becomes an urgent need. Based on the experience of commercial vehicle test, a DFDs in the loop test platform is developed. The platform can simulate the external driving environment of vibration and illumination in the laboratory, and a bionic robot is integrated to perform the driver's fatigue behaviors with good repeatability such as closing eyes and yawning. In this paper, the performance of a DFDs is tested on the test platform. The performance of DFDs under different vibration excitation and environmental illumination is analyzed, and the factors affecting the detection rate and recognition rate are found out, which is of great significance to the design and improvement of DFDs. The results show that the vibration excitation will reduce the detection rate, and the direction of illumination will greatly reduce the recognition rate. The combination of vibration and illumination excitation will further reduce the detection rate of driver fatigue action and the recognition rate.

With the promotion of electrification of transportation, fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) begin to flourish in recent years. FCEVs operate with zero emission and excellent fuel economy, but high cost and incomplete infrastructure hinder the popularization further. Targeting resources are poured into this area by some governments worldwide. To foster the development, it is essential to study the use of FCEVs. Based on the Service and Management center for EVs (SMC-EV), this work conducts a statistical analysis of the market scales, the operation conditions, such as user login statistics, driving distance and refueling behavior and the impact of the occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic. The analysis results provide essential support to predict the subsequent development of FCEVs and guide the policymaking and the construction of hydrogen refueling stations.

Functional safety has become the latest requirement for the development of electronic control systems of automotive in the world. It focuses on specific electrical components, electronic devices, programmable electronic devices and other special components in the automotive industry, with the aim of improving the functional safety of automotive electronic and electrical products. In the paper, based on functional safety technology, functional safety for regenerative braking system of electric vehicle has been designed. In addition safety mechanism and requirements, it has been tested and verified, which provided design scheme and test evaluation method to meet requirements of ASIL C.

The electric linear simulation loading system can simulate the gas loading force of gas regulating valve under the laboratory conditions. The electric linear load actuator as the output mechanism of electromagnetic force needs to have certain reliability and precision guarantee. According to the design goal, this paper designs a moving coil type the electric linear load actuator. It has the advantages of high precision, fast response and good controllability. It can be applied to low and medium loading occasions. Simulation and experiment results show that the steady-state error of the electric linear load actuator under static loading is less than 2%. The electromagnetic force of the prototype is stable and smooth, and can reach more than 400N. The electric linear simulation loading system is a semi-physical simulation system, which reduces the research cost and cycle of the load-bearing object. Therefore, the research of the electric linear load actuator has great practical significance.

Aiming at the high cost of using mechanical sensors in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), a motor speed estimator based on model reference adaptive system (MRAS) is designed to realize sensorless control, so as to reduce the cost and obtain the accurate rotor position of PMSM; for the actual system, the speed outer loop adopts proportional integral (PI) controller, which is vulnerable to system parameter changes, load disturbance and external disturbance, the sliding mode controller is designed to solve the problems of load disturbance. Its biggest advantage is that it is insensitive to disturbance and parameters, fast response, and improves the robustness of the system to a certain extent. The simulation results show that the proposed control system can accurately control the motor speed to follow the set value, effectively improve the detection accuracy of the system, and the sliding mode control of speed outer loop has better dynamic performance than PI control.

The current methods for evaluating the low temperature properties of asphalt only consider the mechanical properties of asphalt at a constant temperature, and cannot fully consider the effect of physical hardening on the low temperature properties of asphalt. This paper developed a test system for the low temperature viscoelastic fracture behavior of asphalt binders, and carried out the single-edged notched trabecular bending experiments. The effects of different physical hardening times and different temperatures on the low temperature fracture characteristics of 90# matrix asphalt, commercial SBS modified asphalt and self-made rubber asphalt binder were investigated, respectively. Furthermore, complementary evaluation of the low temperature performance of asphalt by fracture performance parameters was carried out. The experimental results show that deepening the physical hardening of the asphalt binder and extending the temperature both make it less resistant to fracture at low temperatures. It is also verified the validity of the test system and test method for the low temperature viscoelastic fracture behavior of asphalt binders.

Large crude oil tanks may face huge risk during operation due to the effect of dangerous and harmful factors. The leakage and fire accidents of tanks are easy to happen which causes serious environmental pollution and even casualties. In order to ensure the safe and operation of storage tanks, the analysis of storage tank accidents was conducted and the tank failure database was established based on the field survey results. The statistical results revealed that fire and explosion are the main cause of tank failure. The risk evaluation index system was derived by the statistical analysis of tank failure accidents. The risk assessment of large crude oil tanks based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was performed. The evaluation results show that the safety evaluation level of crude oil storage tank area is relatively safe. The failure statistics of crude oil tanks and risk assessment of tank area can provide certain reference for safe maintenance of oil tanks.

In order to study the hazards and process of LPG deflagration. This paper takes the actual LPG cylinder leakage explosion case as the research object and uses Fluent numerical simulation software to simulate the indoor gas deflagration process in three dimensions. Mainly on the case of different initiation points, the pressure field changes in the process of deflagration to analyze and compare with the accident site. Simulation results in line with the explosion pressure development trend, through the simulation found that: the presence of obstacles inside the explosion chamber will increase the impulse on the wall, causing damage to the structure; Fluent software simulation of the deflagration accident helps to restore the accident, the cause of the accident analysis. These findings provide a theoretical basis for proposing better safety protection measures for liquefied petroleum gas.

In order to discuss the influence of smoke exhaust design on smoke exhaust effect, this paper simulates the influence of smoke exhaust efficiency, CO concentration and visibility by changing the height of the air exhaust distance from the floor and the air speed at the air exhaust after a fire in small cabin of a ship using fire dynamics software FDS. The results show that the smoke generated by low-power fire can not reach the roof position by absorbing cold air during the rising process, so the smoke outlet should be designed with a certain distance down. Opening the exhaust fan can significantly improve cabin visibility, expunge toxic and harmful gases, and has a positive effect on flue gas control.

In order to study the influence of tunnel blasting free face number on ground vibration velocity, based on the blasting construction of the Tunnel Boring Mechine (TBM) double-conducting tunnel with a large cross section in the section between Guizhou Road Station and Xizhen Station of Qingdao Metro Line 1. The ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element program was used to carry out numerical simulation research on tunnel blasting under single, two and three free face conditions. By extracting the ground nodes vibration velocity and the blasting center distance, the calculation formula of blasting vibration velocity under the condition of different number of free faces is obtained by fitting regression. Studies have shown that (1) the values of K and  gradually decrease with the increase of the free face, and the decay rate of the K is more significant. In the process of increasing the number of free faces from 1 to 3, the decreasing rate of K was 61.56% and 80.4%, and the decreasing rate of  was 8.49% and 30.16%, respectively. (2) Tunnel blasting vibration is affected by the number of free faces. Under the condition of equal charge of 1.2kg, the decay rate of the overall vibration velocity of blasting under the condition of a single free face to the vibration velocity of two or three free faces is 26.12% , 34.85%, the vibration velocity shows a non-linear decreasing trend with the increase of the number of free faces.

The pH value of erosion solution may be one of the external factors affecting coal spontaneous combustion. The erosion effect on chemical structures and oxidation behavior of experimental coal samples were studied. The microcrystalline structure and active group of coal samples were analyzed utilizing X-ray diffractometer and infrared spectra. The coal oxidation characteristic was studied by temperature-programmed experiment. The results show that compared with the raw coal the number of aromatic sheets and coalification degree of eroded coal decreased, and microcrystalline structure is looser. Active groups content such as hydroxyl, aliphatic structures and oxygen-containing functional groups increased. Eroded coals, especially the coal eroded in acid aqueous solution, show more oxygen consumption and gas production after erosion treatment in coal oxidation process. Erosion effect can change the chemical structure of coal, resulting in a stronger tendency of spontaneous combustion.

Under the condition of urban rail transit network, accurate analysis of the temporal and spatial distribution of passenger flow is crucial for the operation management department to improve operation efficiency and service quality. Therefore, this paper studies the model and algorithm of the refined clearing process of rail transit passenger flow. Firstly, with the minimum generalized travel cost of passengers as the objective function, a refined passenger flow clearing model is constructed; secondly, a refined passenger flow clearing algorithm is designed. This research determine the effective travel path of passengers based on the improved K short path algorithm, combine the Logit model to determine the travel path of passengers, and then calculate the passenger flow indicators such as station level and section level, and calculate based on the information of the in and out station name and time contained in the AFC data the specific train serial number that passengers take; finally, verify the model and algorithm with the AFC data of the Beijing rail transit network. This research has played a good role in evaluating route transportation capacity, inducing passenger travel choices, and statistically analyzing operational information for operation managers, and provides important data support for their decision-making.

At present, China's shipping industry is in the rising stage of development, the flow of ships is increasing, and with it, the increasing number of navigation safety problems, and one of them is especially prominent is the ship collision accident. Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, as an important maritime gateway in China's Zhejiang Province and areas along the Yangtze River, has great representative significance. In this paper, through the investigation and statistics of ship collision accidents in Ningbo-Zhoushan port area in recent years, we use Bayesian network modeling method for safety analysis, and conclude that the occurrence of collision accidents is mainly influenced by human factors such as lookout negligence and improper operation, and give some suggestions in safe navigation.

This paper selects 12 typical urban rail transit networks at home and abroad to analyze the network topology, and the macro characteristics of the networks are studied from three aspects of development level, network form and structure efficiency. Four indicators, namely complexity and connectivity, extensibility and directness, are selected as characterization indicators. The research results show that: Hangzhou and Zhengzhou belong to the regional access network, which is in the initial stage, and the development level and structural efficiency of the network are low; Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chengdu and Chongqing belong to the central coverage network, which is encrypted on the basis of regional access, but because of the large range of urban rail transit services, there is still room for encryption; Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo and Paris are integrated networks, and the development level and structure efficiency of the network are relatively mature, and there are two strategies of "priority access" and "priority coverage". At the same time of urban rail transit planning and construction, we should consider the different functions of urban (suburban) railway, intercity railway and trunk railway, establish a perfect rail transit system based on the spatial scale, promote the "four networks integration" and support the development of metropolitan area, metropolitan area and urban agglomeration.

The prediction of port freight volume is of great significance to transportation and port planning. Based on the characteristics of grey GM (1,1) model and RBF neural network model, a combined forecasting model based on grey GM (1,1) model and RBF neural network model is constructed, and the port freight volume is predicted by field survey data. Experiments show that grey RBF neural network can improve the forecasting accuracy, which is effective and feasible for freight volume forecasting.

In order to improve the stability and efficiency of urban public transport system, the urban public transport network was studied based on the complex network theory. Taking Changchun City as an example, based on the Space L method, the weighted composite network model of Changchun City public transportation was constructed, and the statistical characteristics of network topology was analyzed; the index was selected to evaluate the network robustness. Composite networks are modularized by community detection algorithm. The research shows that the collectivization degree and stability of Changchun public transport complex network is poor; when the network is attacked randomly, it shows strong robustness, while when it is deliberately attacked, it shows strong vulnerability. Optimization suggestions was given from two aspects of intentional attack and random attack, the research results can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of public transport network.

The connection between the city and the countryside is getting closer and closer. Taking Yuantan town as an example, this paper adopts the traditional four-stage method of traffic demand prediction to predict the bus passenger flow in the traffic area divided by Yuantan town, and provides theoretical basis for bus network planning and bus route layout through the passenger flow prediction. Finally, the evaluation of the planned line network is made.

Traffic flow prediction is one of the point research contents of transportation engineering. Accurate ship traffic flow prediction is the value to ensure the safety of ship navigation and smooth channel. In order to predict the port ship traffic flow more accurately, aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional prediction model, a port ship traffic flow prediction model based on long-term and short-term memory network (LSTM) is proposed. Finally, Qingdao port is taken as an example to predict and compare with ARIMA model. The results show that, compared with ARIMA model, the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of LSTM model is as low as 3.476%, which indicates that the prediction accuracy of LSTM model is higher and it can be well applied to the field of ship traffic flow prediction. According to the prediction results, it can provide basic basis for channel planning and design and ship navigation management, maximize the navigation capacity of the channel, and optimize the allocation of port resources.

Building a roll-on/roll-off passenger (Ro-Pax) terminal, an important transportation center, will promote the rapid development of industry and population growth in surrounding areas. Obviously, transportation network is put intolerable pressure by a large number of traffic volume concentrating to Ro-Pax terminal to cause traffic congestion. Therefore, it is an important task to explore the feasibility of Ro-Pax terminal construction and carry out the traffic impact analysis (TIA) and assessment. This paper predicts and assign the traffic volume into road network to simulate the traffic situation of the main roads from macro perspectives. And then we quantify and analyzes the impact of building Ro-Pax terminal on intercity and adjacent road traffic to identify the vulnerable areas and intersections. Finally, this paper proposes some reasonable suggestions on the improvement of road network structure. The performance assessment of improvement schemes can provide decision support for selecting the best one according to different requirements. The research can improve the traffic accessibility so that the Ro-Pax terminal has a good traffic environment and better play its role as a passenger transportation center.

Aiming at the problems of low-efficiency issues and flight delays caused by the unanticipated taxi-out time of departure aircraft at mega-airports, a departure aircraft taxi-out time prediction model was constructed based on deep feedforward networks. Firstly, the relevant factors affecting the departure taxiing of flights were analyzed, then the entity embedding method was used to encode categorical variables, which transformed categorical variables into a set of vectors by training neural networks, and numerical variables were processed by standardizing, then all these variables were concatenated and used as input to the prediction model; subsequently, a deep feedforward neural network model was developed for predicting the taxi-out time of departure flights; finally, the historical flight operation data of Kunming Changshui International Airport was used as an example for validation. The prediction results show that compared with traditional machine learning algorithms, the average prediction accuracy of the proposed model is up to 95.8% within the error range of ±5minutes, meanwhile, it is shown that the adopted entity embedding method encoding categorical variables is superior to one-hot encoding.

Safety siding of the urban rapid rail transit is a separate facility in station to prevent a train from entering a route occupied by another train. In the current Design Code of Urban Rapid Rail Transit in China, the effective length of safety siding shall be no less than 50m, with a rough specifications for a particular line. Based on the train braking model and the impact factors of the safety siding, the length calculation model is built. The result of the calculated length of safety siding of Dahe station is 55.69m, 0.96m shorter than the actual length, which verifies the feasibility of the calculation method.

To increase the proportion of vessels entering and leaving the port, we will improve the accuracy of vessel traffic flow forecasts to meet the future development needs of the port. This paper proposes a method for predicting ship traffic flow based on RF (Random Forest, RF)-bidirectional LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory, LSTM). In this paper, the random forest (RF) algorithm is combined with LSTM and two-way LSTM to make predictions and comparative studies, and apply it to the 48-month forecast of the total number of ships entering and leaving the port in Qingdao Port from 2016 to 2019. The results show that the method based on RF-Bidirectional LSTM has the highest prediction accuracy, and compared with the other two prediction models, its evaluation index root mean square error, average absolute error and average absolute percentage error are 167.49, 95.27 and 3.64%, respectively. Based on RF-LSTM neural network has the lowest prediction accuracy. The prediction accuracy based on RF-LSTM neural network is the lowest. The forecasting method of ship traffic flow proposed in this paper is expected to provide decision-making guidance for the future development and planning layout of the port.

In recent years, due to the prohibition of mining of natural sand and gravel, mine management and other reasons, machinemade sand and gravel have become the main source of construction sand. Due to the uneven distribution of mine resources and unreasonable transportation schemes, the contradiction between supply and demand in the sand and gravel market has gradually intensified. This paper takes the price level of machine-made sand and gravel, distribution of mine resources and demand hotspots as comprehensive considerations, identifies key areas such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, and Pearl River Delta as the research objects. The article analyzes the contradiction between the supply and demand of mechanism sand and gravel in key regions, and builds a cross-regional transportation system based on railway and water transportation, supplemented by road transportation. Finally, relevant policies and measures are proposed in terms of improving supporting facilities, advancing the construction of special railway lines, and dredging waterways.

The turn-back capacity is an important factor restricting the transportation capacity of urban rail transit lines. In view of the current situation that the existing research content is relatively weak on the turn-back ability of urban rapid rail transit, starting from the fundamental reasons that affect the turn-back operation time, combined with the latest standards and specifications of the actual urban rapid rail transit, taking the maximum allowable train speed on the side of the turnout as the limit, this paper combines the basic dynamic model of train operation, analyzes the influence of speed and acceleration on the turn-back capacity. Finally, the paper puts forward some engineering suggestions to improve the turn-back capacity of urban rapid rail transit.

Based on the freight volume data of the Changjiang River main line from 2005 to 2020, the grey system GM(1,1) model, the quadratic exponential smoothing GM(1,1) model, and the trend extrapolation method are proposed to predict freight volume of the Changjiang River main line. According to those methods, the historical data are calculated by Matlab software and those results are compared and analyzed. At last, the residual periodic correction method is used to correct the predicted results of models, and the final predicted results from 2021 to 2025 are obtained by the combined weighting of previous selected models’ predicted results.

Improving the utilization rate of terminal resources is an important link to promote the competitiveness of container terminals. However, on September 24, 2019 the Yangshan Port has successfully realized the “Dual-berthing” test, which provided new ideas for easing the shortage of terminal resources. In this context, this article optimizes the “Dual-berthing” scheduling problem based on the study of common berthing operation mode of container terminal. On this basis, a relevant mathematical model with the objective function of minimizing the “overall cost time” is established. At last, by using genetic algorithm, an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the model, and then to illustrate the rationality of the “Dual-berthing”.

With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway, the development of high-speed railway freight for specific goods has become a future development trend. Under the premise of operating freight high-speed EMU trains, this paper considers freight high-speed EMUs into the multimodal transport system to seek a transportation plan that minimizes total transportation cost under a certain time constraint. This paper builds a model based on the theory of multimodal transport, uses Dijkstra algorithm and K shortest path algorithm to design the algorithm, and finally verifies the model and algorithm with an example. The results show that the model and algorithm are feasible and can provide references for practical problems.

Metros are very popular in metropolises. Considering the undesirable interaction of different metro lines under emergency, a method for constructing the metro interaction network (MIN) is proposed. The Shanghai Metro interaction networks (SMINs) including the network currently in operation (SMINop) and its extension (SMINext) are analyzed. The results suggest that compared with SMINop, the efficiency of SMINext falls by 6.297%, but removing a vertex has less impact on its efficiency. SMINext performs better than SMINop in attack-based tests, with larger efficiency retention rates in degree-based attack and betweenness-based attack. Maintaining a high emergency handling ability is vital to the network operation of metros.

In order to meet the needs of collaborative decision making (CDM), considering the demands of air traffic control units, airlines, airports and passengers, the many-objective optimization scheduling problem of arrival flights is studied systematically. Through in-depth analysis of the operation characteristics of arrival flights, multiple optimization objectives of arrival flight scheduling are constructed according to the demands of all parties. Considering the constraints of air traffic control separation, landing time window and constrained position shifting (CPS), a many-objective optimization scheduling model of arrival flights is established; The reference vector guided evolutionary algorithm (RVEA) is used to find the Pareto optimal solution. The simulation results show that compared with first come first served (FCFS) method, the delay fairness is improved by 56.7%, the total runway occupancy time is reduced by 15% and the weighted total delay is reduced by 25.1%.

Pallet is an important transportation tool in logistics activities and plays an important role in promoting the development of railway freight. The article first investigates the development status of logistics pallets, and analyzes the research results of the pallet sharing system. Secondly, taking China Railway as an example, a regression model between railway pallet usage and railway freight volume is established based on Eviews software, the linear relationship is studied, the forecast analysis of railway freight volume with pallet transportation is carried out, and reasonable suggestions are made.

To analyze the influencing factors of transportation corridor construction, the principal component analysis method is used to comprehensively analyze the influencing factors of transportation corridor construction in Guangxi, and the principal component comprehensive evaluation model is constructed. Simultaneously, with the help of systematic clustering methods, the intergroup linkage was used to cluster each indicator factor according to the average Euclidean distance. The results show that economic development indicators have the greatest impact on the construction of transportation corridors. It can be seen that this article has guiding significance for the construction of Guangxi's transportation corridors, and has a positive effect on economic development and the rational configuration of transportation structures.

Urban rail transit has prominent characteristics of the main passenger flow [1], and commuters occupy the major part of the flow. Commuters have obvious regularity in travel time and travel space, which makes passenger flow show obvious spacetime stability. However, there are certain prerequisites and boundaries for the stability of passenger flow. Only by clarifying the premise, can historical passenger flow be used as a reference more effectively. There is a lack of quantitative research on the stability of passenger flow under different time granularities in previous studies. To this end, this article used the Beijing subway AFC data to construct a passenger flow time series to analyze and measure the stability of passenger flow under different passenger flow objects and different time granularities, and find the time granularity value required for different passenger flows to achieve strong stability, finally divide the stability level of the station. The analysis results show that the stability of OD passenger flow is generally lower than that of inbound passenger flow, and the stability of passenger flow in different time periods is morning peak on working days< evening peak on working days< weekends < flat peak on working days.

This paper selects appropriate indicators and conducts an in-depth study on the impact of "open communities" on road capacity. First, use the analytic hierarchy process to select 8 effective indicators that can evaluate the road system, namely the number of roads, road area, congestion coefficient, road saturation, number of junctions, vehicle types, capacity, and reach; Select the first 6 indexes according to the weight interval to establish a fuzzy mathematics evaluation model based on the membership function. Then choose to use the objective and scientific entropy weight method to determine the index weight. Finally, according to the calculation results of the model, it can be concluded that different road designs in the community have different effects on the capacity of the surrounding roads, and based on the results obtained, try to make reasonable suggestions to the urban planning department and the traffic management department.

In order to analyze the causes of marine collision accidents, explore the mechanism of marine collision accidents, and identify the human factors that lead to accidents, this paper takes into account the characteristics of human factors in marine collision accidents and starts from the HFACS analysis model, combining the characteristics of "Human – Ship – Environment - Management" of marine collision accidents, we establish a marine collision accidents analysis model that meets the characteristics of marine traffic safety. The accident investigation reports of 168 ships were used as the data base, and the statistical analysis methods of chi-square inspection and odds ratio analysis were used to deeply analyze the interactions and effects of human factors among different indicators at each stratum, Statistical analysis yielded 19 highly correlated human factor accident causation chains for marine collision accidents, explaining the causal relationship of human factors between the upper and lower stratums of the HFACS model for marine collision accidents, and relevant safety recommendations to prevent marine collision accidents from occurring are presented.

In order to solve the problem of post earthquake emergency material transportation, taking multi-source and multidistribution point as the research object, a multi-threshold grid road model is established considering the influence factors such as road grade. According to the characteristics of the road model and the advantages of priority queue FIFO and realtime sorting, a real-time path planning algorithm is established. The actual road is vectorized to get the grid road model, which is solved by priority queue algorithm and traditional algorithm respectively. The results show that the algorithm based on priority queue has great advantages in running time and computing resource occupation, and it has great application value in post earthquake emergency material transportation.

In view of the situation that the traditional path planning algorithms have the disadvantages of local optimal solution or the generated path is not smooth, on the one hand, this paper combines Artificial Potential Field with Rapidly Randomexploring Trees to improve the efficiency of path planning and solve the problem of local optimal solution; on the other hand, in order to ensure that the algorithm can be used in vehicle obstacle avoidance, the calculation formula of safe distance to obstacles is modified to make the obstacle avoidance process conform to vehicle driving behavior. At the meanwhile, in the exploring rules of RRT algorithm, vehicle dynamics constraints are added to make the path smooth and meet the maximum steering limit. In addition, driving distance information is added to each node of the path to deal with dynamic obstacles. Finally, the simulation results show that the path planned by this method can guide the vehicle to avoid dynamic obstacles smoothly.

At present, the passenger flow of conventional bus stations has the extreme situation that some stations have no or too large amount of passengers. Therefore, this article integrates and optimizes conventional bus stations. First, the fuzzy evaluation method is used to judge whether the existing station location is reasonable, the distance between stations is recalibrated with the shortest total travel time of passengers as the optimization goal, and the station number is calibrated by comparing the station capacity and the number of vehicles in peak hours. Based on two aspects of spatial distribution characteristics and time distance trajectory, the site selection between conventional bus stops is optimized. Then, with the goal of minimizing the total walking distance of passengers per unit time, the location of bus stops is micro-adjusted based on rail transit connections. Finally, it is found that this method is effective and can improve the overall operation efficiency of public transportation.

In order to study the impact of light pollution at sea on the recognizability of navigation lights and improve the safety of ships at night, this paper quantitatively analyzes the influence of the light environment in the waters of Shenzhen Port on the recognizability of navigation lights in the waters, including the chromaticity and brightness of navigation lights. The results of the study show that the light environment of Shenzhen Port’s background light environment slightly weakens the recognizability of navigation lights with the increase of the distance from the navigation lights, but generally speaking, it has no effect on the recognizability of navigation lights in the waters.

In order to solve the problem of calculating and verifying capacity in high-speed railway operation and to provide an experimental platform of railway transportation capacity for teaching and scientific research, a simulation verification system was designed based on the secondary development of OpenTrack software. The system uses the .NET framework to achieve rapid parameter adjustment and real-time generation of simulation schemes, to simulate the operation of different combinations of trains on the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, to determine the throughput of the high-speed railway under different transportation organization modes, dispatching rules and disturbance parameters, and then to analyze the merits of the indicators to evaluate the throughput. The innovations of this project include: 1) secondary development techniques based on existing simulation tools; 2) rapid verification.

By mining the passenger travel data recorded by the AFC system and combining the relationship between urban rail passenger flow and train, this paper proposes a “passenger flow-train” matching algorithm based on reference passenger. The method can be applied to the daily analysis of urban rail passenger flow, and provides support for the organization of operation management agencies.

This paper analyzes the calculation method of urban rail transit transport capacity and calculates the safe transport capacity of Shenzhen Metro under the major infectious disease-caused epidemic. This paper then uses Mass Motion passenger flow simulation software to simulate passenger flow to simulate the operation of the station and verify the carrying capacity of Shenzhen Metro stations under the conditions of epidemic prevention. Finally, targeted measures for managing passenger flow of subway under major infectious disease epidemics are proposed to provide ideas and experience for improving the level of subway safety operation and management under major infectious disease epidemics.

In order to improve the accuracy and stability of ship trajectory prediction, A combined prediction method based on the differential autoregressive moving average model and the bidirectional cyclic neural network is proposed. The method uses the ARIMA model to make a preliminary prediction of the track, and then uses the LSTM neural network to correct the residual sequence. The experimental results show that this kind of prediction method can predict the ship's trajectory more accurately.

In order to study the passenger-carrying capacity of urban rail transit transfer stations, this paper establishes a simulationbased method to evaluate the passenger-carrying capacity of rail transit transfer stations. The method takes into account the service level of the bottleneck area of the station and the overall transfer situation, and combines the simulation software to calculate and analyze the indicators of the passenger-carrying capacity. Based on the above method, the main contents of this paper include: 1) evaluating the passenger-carrying capacity of rail transit transfer stations by analyzing the capacity of the bottleneck area (platforms and escalators) of transfer stations and the transfer efficiency of stations; 2) Using simulation software, analyze the fluctuation of passenger flow under different time periods, and also simulate and calculate indicators such as platform capacity, building escalator passing capacity and station transfer efficiency; 3) Taking Guangjinanlu Station as the research object, the Legion simulation software is used to establish the transfer station simulation model to realize the above evaluation method, so as to evaluate and analyze the overall passenger-carrying capacity of the station.

In view of transportation range of different vehicles, a vehicle scheduling model was established with with multiple vehicle types, multiple materials, multiple warehouse points, and multiple demand points. Targeting at the shortest overall transportation time, the influence of vehicle transportation range constraints on the overall transportation time is studied. Established material supply and demand constraints and vehicle transportation range constraints to ensure that the vehicle allocation plan in each genetic entity meets the transportation scope and the material transportation does not exceed the total supply and demand. A case containing 3 types of vehicle types and 4 types of transportation ranges is designed, and a genetic algorithm is used to solve the vehicle scheduling plan. The calculation results show that the optimal scheduling scheme satisfies all the constraints in the model and is an excellent solution. The corresponding scheduling scheme makes full use of scheduling resources. The results also show that the reasonable allocation of vehicles according to different vehicle transportation ranges can obtain a vehicle scheduling plan that is more in line with the scheduling goal and closer to the actual situation.

In order to improve the accuracy of traffic flow prediction and provide more reasonable decision-making basis for traffic trips, seasonal difference autoregressive moving average (SARIMA) model is selected to establish a traffic flow prediction model, and jupyter platform is used to analyze the traffic flow data of the first hour of each period in July and August 2019 in Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. Stabilizing and preprocessing the time series data of traffic flow to eliminate its trend and seasonal factors; based on the stationary time series, the SARIMA model is established, and its parameters are estimated and the model order is determined, and the optimal model SARIMA(p, d, q)(P, D, Q)s is obtained. The model is used to predict the traffic flow in the next hour, and the error test is carried out on the results. The test results with small error show that SARIMA model is practical in forecasting traffic flow

An optimization evaluation method for urban rail transit depot yard design projects is proposed. Based on the finding, an index system including the functionality, resource & environment, economy, development & coordination of a depot design is established to qualify the depot design. The weight of each index is determined using improved AHP based on the experiences of experts with different backgrounds. In addition, linear proportional transformation is adopted to standardize weight values. Finally, the design project is synthetically evaluated by means of generalized utility function method. The optimization method helps to promote the quantification of the decision evaluation, improving precision and systematicness, providing a reference for the actual decision of the project.

During the developing process of automatic emergency braking –Pedestrian system (AEB-P), Co-simulation of dynamics software, scenario software and control model software are frequently used. Co-simulation will increase model complexity and cost, as well as the system builder will meet more challenges. Besides, the designing of an accurate and adaptable AEB-P model is very complex. In order to accelerate the research and development progress of AEBS, and reveal the designing consideration of AEB-P system, according to the motion parameters of targets with collision risk, a simple AEBP model was proposed, and the performance of the model was tested in SCANeR software platform. Also the model was applied to a real coach for verifying the designing level, according to JT/T 1242 test and evaluation regulation, the ground truth testing was conducted to evaluate the performance of the AEB-P model. The results shows that the performance of the AEB-P model is consistent with the real coach, and also the real coach has a normal performance comparing to the products for sales, and the designing of the AEB-P model should take the brake ability , comfort and brake reaction time into consideration, and also need to balance various design parameters for obtaining the best performance for pedestrian protection.

Secondly, the comparative analysis model of structural entropy is constructed, and the key data such as system time effectiveness entropy and structural entropy corresponding to Airworthiness Examination process of military and civil aircraft are calculated. Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions for the Airworthiness Examination process of military aircraft, which has certain practical significance in technical methods and application practice.

In order to solve the problem of mutual influence of aviation safety risk evaluation indexes, an evaluation method based on fuzzy cognitive map (FCM) and grey relational analysis (GRA) (FCM-GRA) is adopted. The method takes GRA as the main process of evaluation, uses fuzzy cognitive map to express the influence relationship between indicators, realizes the index weighting, and determines the optimal scheme ranking by calculating the grey correlation degree. This method makes up for the shortcoming that GRA can not represent the interaction between evaluation indexes alone. Finally, the method is used to rank the aviation safety risk of each unit, which provides some decision-making reference for the higher authorities to guide the aviation safety risk of each unit.

In order to grasp the overall flight safety situation and trends accurately, and further improve the ability of risk prediction, this paper put forward a model for flight safety situation evaluation based on fuzzy matter-element by considering the vagueness of flight safety situation and incompatibility of evaluation index. Firstly, based on the "Human-MachineEnvironment" theory, a indicator system of flight safety situation evaluation was established, and the weight of evaluation index was determined by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy-weight; Secondly, combining the fuzzy set theory with Euclid approach degree, the model for flight safety situation evaluation was built, and the steps of evaluation was also cleared; Finally, a flight training corps was taken a example, and its flight safety situation was analyzed quantitatively based on the data from January to August in 2019. The results show that the model is effective and feasible to portray the safety trends, the quantitative results are objective and effective, can provide a new way for the Air Force flight safety management.

China is a country with a large population as well as a big automobile country, so the risk of road traffic safety is very serious. With the acceleration of China's economic growth and urbanization process, China's urban transportation mode is also undergoing profound changes. In the past three decades, the number of motor vehicles in China has grown explosively, and the challenges to road traffic safety have become increasingly severe. With more people and more vehicles, road traffic accidents occur frequently, and road traffic safety risk is urgent. Official statistics show that China's road traffic safety risks should be vigilant, with 60000 deaths caused by road traffic accidents every year. The change trend of road traffic accidents in China is similar to that in developed countries, which shows an inverted U-shaped distribution of first increase and then decrease. However, the historical downward trend of road traffic accidents has not continued. In recent years, the reduction rate has narrowed significantly, and even rebounded, indicating that we still need to be vigilant against the surging of road traffic safety risks.

In order to better realize the management of urban rail transit in the normalization of the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic, study the dynamic characteristics of the spread of this pandemic in subway cars, use Python to simulate the improved SEIR, and analyze personnel protection The impact on the spread of the epidemic. Put forward the concept of public health security defense, and build a three-level defense system, including a passive security defense layer, a static security barrier layer, and an active security defense layer. Propose suggestions on the safe operation of urban rail transit under public health incidents from three levels.

With the development of the economy, urban expressways have increased year by year, and their traffic safety issues have been attracted more and more attention. This article takes Nanjing Chengxin Avenue Expressway as an example. Investigating actual traffic flow data, five evaluation indicators such as traffic volume, speed and v/c ratio are selected, and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate and evaluate the safety of Nanjing Chengxin Avenue Expressway. The study found that it was a relatively safe level and proposed preventive measures to reduce traffic accidents.

After a devastating earthquake, it is urgent to launch the lifeline of disaster relief and take timely search and rescue measures for buried personnel. Therefore, real-time rescue route planning has become an important part of postearthquake rescue work. First of all, the road network is vectorized to establish an undirected graph with the weight of road information taken into account, and on this basis, the post-earthquake rescue route is planned with the goal of minimizing travel time and cost. In real-time response to road congestion and interruption problems in the rescue path, a priority queue is introduced on the basis of the breadth-first algorithm for shortest path. The method of priority queue first-in-first-out, automatic sorting, etc are adopted to rank the paths in real time with the possible option of U-turn strategy. Consequently,the above-mentioned method not only reduces the complexity of the shortest path algorithm but also better reflects the actual situation. Therefore, a real-time fast rescue path planning can be achieved. The algorithm is verified by actual urban roads and the implementation of virtual road blocking and congestion. The calculation speed of the algorithm in this paper is much faster than the traditional shortest path algorithm.

In order to analyze the overload transportation behavior existing in urban roads, the relationship between overload rate and vehicle braking distance is analyzed by selecting reasonable evaluation indexes, defining a transportation operation in the system, selecting certain variables and determining values, and using LEC Method to analyze the overload transportation behavior. Taking the transportation operation of a certain intersection in Henan Province as an example, the paper analyzes and puts forward some suggestions.

In the bridge deck system structure of in-service highway bridges, the bridge deck pavement has premature cracks, pits and other diseases, which seriously affects the normal use of the bridge deck. Comprehensively analyze the factors affecting the deterioration of the bridge deck system, put forward the service performance attenuation model of the bridge deck system under the influence of heavy traffic and large temperature difference environment, select the actual project to verify the applicability of the attenuation function, finally analyze the variation law of the attenuation function, and determine that the best preventive maintenance time of the bridge deck system under normal load is the third year, The best preventive maintenance time of bridge deck system under heavy load is the second year, which provides a theoretical basis for guiding engineering practice.

Due to the low amplitude of surface fluctuation pressure of high-speed train, and easily influenced by the vibration of vehicle body, it is difficult to measure the fluctuation pressure by using the micro piezoresistive pressure sensor, which is commonly used in aerodynamic testing. Based on the analysis of the principle and the structure of stress concentration of the micro piezoresistive sensor, the stress concentration was increased by integrating rib structure under the film. As a result, the sensitivity of the sensor is improved. The linear performance of the sensor is improved by integrating the massive structure on the rib. The finite element numerical simulation method is used to simulate the output performance of the rib block structure. Finally, a sensor with a range of 20 kPa, a sensitivity of 33.37 mv/kPa and a linearity of 0.14% is obtained. The amplitude of measured error is less than 0.1Pa by loading the measured signal. The vibration characteristics of the sensor are analyzed by the vibration test platform. The disturbance of vibration to the sensor can be obtained by simulating and separating the influence of the vibration disturbance signal to the flow field in CFD software. The influence of vibration disturbance signal on the sensitive structure of rib block is simulated. By comparing the results of numerical simulation with the measured data, the amplitude and trend are consistent. The results show that the analysis of vibration disturbance is correct, which provides a theoretical basis for the extraction of vibration error.

In order to achieve reliable aerial target recognition under complex situation, an aerial target recognition method based on improved sensor credibility was proposed. Firstly, the basic theories of evidence theory and intuitionistic fuzzy sets are introduced. Then, intuitionistic fuzzy entropy is used to correct and fuse the evidence information. Then, on the basis of measuring the weight of sensors with the degree of evidence conflict, a sensor weight determination method based on index allocation was proposed, and the two methods were combined to correct and fuse the evidence information. Finally, an example is given to verify the rationality and reliability of the proposed method.

In order to further analyze the congestion propagation law of urban transportation networks, this article proposes a congestion propagation model based on the SIS model. First, the change law of the road itself and the influence of the adjacent roads are considered comprehensively in this article. Then, the linear processing method is used to deal with the change law of the road itself and data analysis method is used to mine the influence of the adjacent roads. Finally, this article presents the dynamic equation of congestion propagation.

Port promotes economy to grow rapidly, but causes certain damage to ecological environment. For the sustainable development of the port, the construction of green port is a very wise choice. Taking Shanghai Port as an example, this paper discusses the development of Shanghai Port based on the green port evaluation index system of Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and puts forward corresponding suggestions, in order to provide certain reference value for the better and faster construction of a green port in Shanghai. Firstly, this paper introduces the background of the topic and the significance of the research, including the background of green port and the differences between the evaluation methods of indicators. Secondly, the green evaluation index system of Shanghai Port was constructed, and the green index of Shanghai Port in 2019 was evaluated fuzely by expert scoring method and membership function. Through the analysis of the fuzzy evaluation results, it is concluded that the green development level of Shanghai Port in 2019 belongs to the "average" level, which indicates that Shanghai Port is in urgent need of improving the green port construction. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the green development of Shanghai port from the involved responsible subject industry, government and society.

In order to meet the needs of railway safety supervision, further improve the efficiency and intelligent level of railway safety information data processing, based on unstructured railway safety information text data and NLP (natural language processing) key technology, a safety information data processing system is constructed. By analyzing the application scenario of NLP technology and combining the actual needs of railway safety information data processing, the key technologies of unstructured text full-text retrieval and classification are deeply studied, and the full-text retrieval and intelligent classification of railway safety information data are realized. The establishment of the system can deeply mine the key, regular and tendentious problems hidden in the railway safety information text, improve the data processing efficiency and data utilization rate of railway safety information, and provide support and reference for safety decisionmaking and safety supervision.

To simulate the evacuation behaviors of different people in abnormal traffic accidents, a new database, i.e., the video database of evacuation behaviors in abnormal traffic accidents is established by showing subjects videos with traffic accident images to simulate abnormal traffic accidents in a laboratory setting. The database includes non-evacuation behavior videos and evacuation behavior videos of 200 subjects, as well as the statistical results of survey inventories for these 200 subjects. The survey inventories include the State Anxiety Inventory(SAI), the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), the Big Five Inventory (BFI), and an affective inventory corresponding to the experimental videos. This database should help develop effective algorithms to compare the evacuation behaviors of different people and suggest effective methods to deal with emergencies such as fires, explosions, and car accidents.

In response to the disadvantages of the traditional road traffic signal control field, such as the large number of traffic information devices, high maintenance cost, many failure hazards, and lack of scalability of the system, we propose a distributed road traffic signal control system method based on 5G network. The system includes a radar-video integrated unit, which collects traffic flow data at intersections through radar and video sensors, and sends the collected flow data to the intersection control center through a 5G network; a distributed control signal, which collects signal unit operation status through voltage and current sensors, sends the signal unit status to the intersection control center through a 5G network, and accepts and executes the intersection control center's issued operation scheme; intersection control center, according to the received intersection traffic flow data and signal status information analysis to generate intersection direction scheme, send the intersection release scheme through 5G network to the radar video integrated machine and distributed control signal, and complete the control node autonomous monitoring function. We tested the proposed method by building a verification platform. The experimental results show that the adoption of this method can greatly reduce the intersection wiring workload and improve the system usability.

Aiming at the reliability problem of radio fuze in battlefield environment, the composition of battlefield environment stress and its influence mechanism on fuze are analyzed. Based on the military standard of fuze environmental test of US Army, the test scheme of simulating the climate, vibration and impact conditions in battlefield environment is provided, and the idea of using sequential environmental test to simulate the whole life process of fuze battlefield is put forward, which provides a research method for mastering the quality and reliability of radio fuze in battlefield environment.

Aiming at the difficulty of traditional methods to observe underwater sea ice in the harsh Arctic environment, an ROV observation system equipped with a camera and sonar is proposed. The system includes a host computer control system and the primary control system centred on the STM32F103 chip. The ROV communicates with the host computer through an optical cable, receives instructions to move underwater, observes sea ice and transmits data back to the host computer. Besides, by setting the running trajectory, ROV can carry out real-time path planning and realize autonomous cruise. After experimental tests, this system can complete various travelling actions in the underwater environment, and at the same time, use cameras and other means to observe the shape of underwater sea ice.

In order to solve the problem of passenger arrival distribution prediction in airport security inspection area, a prediction algorithm based on flight planning and historical security data is proposed. Firstly, the curve of the arrival probability density distribution of single-flight passengers is fitted, and the second-order Gaussian mixture model is selected. Then the RBF-GMM prediction model is constructed, and the Gaussian fitting structure parameters are predicted by the RBF neural network. In the prediction analysis, it is found that the short-term passenger flow of the adjacent flight can be used as a new feature input, which can further improve the prediction accuracy. Finally, the MRBF-GMM model is constructed to predict the arrival distribution of multi-flight passengers in the same security area. Experiments show that compared with the results of the E value-GMM prediction model, the accuracy of the MRBF-GMM model is improved by nearly 10%, which proposes a new solution for the accurate prediction of passenger traffic in the security building of the terminal building.

Analyzing the mechanism of travel behavior is helpful to deepen people's understanding of residents' behavior, and provides scientific theoretical basis for urban development decisions. Based on multi-source data, this paper constructs a research framework of transit passenger travel spatial-temporal behavior to analyze the impact of built environment, transit operation, individual attributes on passengers’ travel characteristics and regularity. In order to approach the ‘real’ geographical background, travel origin, destination and route are considered to represent the geographical background range of built environment, and further discusses the difference of "geographical background uncertainty problem" in different periods. Results show that a well-designed built environment can significantly increase travel regularity, and the degree from large to small is ‘route environment, origin built environment, destination built environment’; transit dependence and travel characteristics are highly related to travel regularity. Built environment and transit operation have similar impacts on travel behaviour in different periods, but they are different in the relative extent of impact. Compared with morning peak and evening peak, the impact on travel characteristics and regularity of off-peak is the largest.

This paper proposes a new model for optimal selection of the emergency rescue ship, aiming to select the suitable surrounding ships within the accident sea area as the emergency rescue facilities. Firstly, the combined weights of indicators for the selection of emergency rescue ships need to be determined. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to determine the subjective weight. The Criteria Importance Through Inter-criteria Correlation (CRITIC) method is used to determine the objective weight. Based on the idea of game theory, the subjective and objective weights are fused to obtain the combined weight. Secondly, the Vlse Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method is introduced to sort the rescue ships. Finally, an example is used to verify that this model is reasonable and effective for the selection of maritime rescue ships.

In order to investigate the characteristics of the changes in drivers’ physiology load when they are in a stress response state, 22 participates took part in a virtual stress response test based on a driving simulator. The parameters used in the analysis of the drivers’ physiology load were the heart growth rate and low-frequency (LF) heart rate variability. The physiology data of the drivers were supervised by a physiology monitoring system during the stress response test. Two scenes were established in the research, the drivers approaching the stress object with a constant speed and in the same distance from the stress object the drivers travelling with different driving speed. In the first scenario, as the drivers approaching the stress object, their physiology load increased correspondingly. With time to collision of 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0s, the heart growth rates of the drivers increased by 19.6%, 23.84%, and 29.66% in average. In the second scenario, as the driving speed increased, the physiology load of the drivers increased. The average LF heart rate variability of the drivers was 771.28, 629.00, and 573.42 ms² when they were driving at the speed of 30, 40 and 60 km/h. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the physiology load of the drivers when they traveled with different speed and different distances from the stress object.

The study of high-speed railway passing capacity is of great significance for the effective utilization of equipment and the optimization of transportation organization. However, the research on high-speed railway capacity is not perfect. In the realistic situations, there is no unified standard for capacity calculation, the deduction coefficient is difficult to determine, and the accuracy of calculation are insufficient. At the same time, there are many factors affecting capacity, which makes it difficult to analyse and calculate capacity. In order to provide more scientific calculation standards for capacity, this paper puts forward the concept of calculative elements of high-speed railway capacity. Based on the web crawler technology, a large number of element data are obtained. Besides, the data platform for calculative elements of high-speed railway capacity is designed and implemented. Finally, the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and Beijing South Railway Station are taken as examples to demonstrate the function of the platform.

Traditional centralized management of transportation data sharing faces several actual difficulties. Besides large cost of centralized operation and management, data security and flexibility of sharing are two main-concerned issues. It is worth noting that Blockchain 3.0 has attracted much attention recent years due to its potential in applications of various new areas in addition to the financial industry. To address the current challenges, this paper introduces a decentralized data sharing platform into transportation data sharing process. A sharing model based on blockchain technology is developed to improve the transparency and data security. Three roles are set up in the model and the interactions among the roles are made clear. The paper also discusses the data storage mode to find a practical solution. From the perspective of subject range involved in transportation data sharing, data security and costs, the designed model may be more practical and have advantages over the traditional data sharing mechanism in transportation industry.

Remaining useful life (RUL) estimation is critical to facilities under poor working conditions to prevent major safety accidents. In this article, we propose a data-driven scheme adopting a gated neural network, similarity-metric curve matching technique and the greed matching strategy to predict the RUL of facilities. The gated neural network transforms the multi-dimensional sensor readings to low-dimensional embedding, which are used to describe health degradation followed by linear regression to get the health index (HI). The online step is to match the test HI curves to the trained HI curves using the similarity-metric HI curve matching technique, which calculates the best match between the test HI curve and the training HI curves, and the greed matching strategy. The greed strategy contributes to limiting the scope of searching the time tag, which determines whether the two curves (one test HI curve and one training HI curve) match well or not by the similarity-metric HI curve matching technique. The proposed approach was test on the turbofan engine dataset #1 and comparison results show good performance compared to other existing approaches.

Nowadays, visual-inertial localization method is becoming a hotspot of research, but this localization method is based on odometry, which will produce cumulative error. So it needs absolute position information to help to correct. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a method which adding two-dimensional code marker to assist localization based on visual-inertial localization system. The aim of this method is to eliminate the cumulative errors generated by the localization method of odometry and improving the positioning accuracy. The principle of visual-inertial localization and two-dimensional code marker localization are introduced, and the localization method is verified by experiments. Finally, the experimental results are analyzed.

Autonomous vehicles are universally considered to be safety-critical systems, and failures in autonomous vehicles may have catastrophic consequences. Safety analysis and hazard identification of this system have become increasingly significant. However, difficulties are associated with analyzing appropriate safety requirements, including functional safety and the safety of the intended functionality (SOTIF). Functional safety analysis (HAZOP/HARA/FTA) and systems theoretic process analysis (STPA) is an efficient technique to identify potential failure hazards or safety requirements in autonomous driving system. In this paper, a technique integrating which STPA and functional safety analysis (HAZOP/HARA/FTA) is proposed to perform failure analysis and hazard identification in adaptive cruise control (ACC) system, which better identify potential failure and hazards, derive safety goals, ASIL level, safety constraints and safety requirements. Compared with functional safety analysis method, STPA can obtain the requirements of avoiding component failure, and it also focuses on component interactions and personnel decision error, which covers a wider range and provides more cognitive safety requirements for the design and analysis of intelligent driving system.

The metro network is becoming more and more perfect. With the improvement of passenger accessibility, the passenger flow of the road network is also increasing. Meeting the huge passenger flow demand as much as possible has become an urgent problem for subway operators and managers. This paper constructs the evaluation indicators of subway passenger flow from four levels, namely, the variability of the entire network level, the variability of the line level, the variability of the OD level, and the variability of the transfer volume. A calculation method for the coefficient of variation was developed based on the AFC data. The coefficient of variation was used to identify the time, route, and OD where the abnormal passenger flow occurred, analyze the abnormal events, record the set of abnormal events, and use the Beijing subway AFC data to verify the effectiveness of the method.

The phenomenon of flight delays is becoming increasingly common. Among all the factors leading to flight delays, meteorological factors account for a large proportion. Through the analysis of the past flight data and meteorological data, the relationship between them can be clearly observed. In this paper, several major meteorological factors that affect flight delays, such as rainfall, runway visual range, low cloud cover and crosswind are selected to quantitatively analyze the relationship with flight delays. A visualization system with human-computer interaction function is designed for it. The results of quantitative analysis are visualized by bubble chart, radar chart, ladder line chart and stacked histogram. The relationship between flight delays and these meteorological factors is intuitively displayed in this visualization system. It can provide some suggestions for the relevant departments in the field of civil aviation to help them make better traffic management solutions, which has great significance for alleviating the problem of flight delays.

In recent years, the problem of environmental pollution has received extensive attention from researchers from all over the world. The rising dust and the increase of inhalable particulate matter have gradually reduced people's average life span. Therefore, how to correctly and effectively develop a reasonable algorithm to predict air quality has become the main task at present. In this paper, the LSTM neural network algorithm is used. The LSTM neural network prediction model is established by taking dew point, temperature, air pressure, wind direction, wind speed, snow amount, rainfall and PM2.5 concentration at the previous moment as input factors, and PM2.5 concentration at the current time as the output factor. Comparing the LSTM neural network model with the classical regression model, the experimental results show that the LSTM neural network prediction model has higher stability and higher prediction accuracy than the regression model, and has greater advantages than the existing prediction model.

In the past ten years, the research focuses on laboratory safety management, environmental protection safety and dangerous chemicals safety, the Internet of things technology is the hot spot, and has a tendency to continue to become the hot spot in this field, the high yield authors are GITISHREE DAS, Hrudayanath Thatoi, Jianyue, etc. The Jilin University ranked first with 11 articles published, followed by the laboratory and Equipment Administration of Peking University. In the future research should strengthen the exchange and cooperation between the authors and institutions, conform to the trend of interdisciplinary integration, and promote the further development of laboratory safety.
