The demodulation algorithm used in readout system of superconducting arrays affects both accuracy and time resolution in scientific application. FPGA based systems are widely used in readout systems, but it is less flexible for algorithm development. We describe the development of a readout system of heterogeneous architecture, which utilize both FPGA and GPU, brings flexibility on readout algorithm development. We also implemented direct base-band recording for cross-check and post-processing. The prototype archived bandwidth no less than FPGA only system. We will also discuss the pros and cons of the architecture.
