Abstract
In order to solve the problem of large-scale wind power grid connection in Gansu new energy base and alleviate operation and dispatching pressure, this paper puts forward the overall scheme of the combined forecasting system of regional wind and photovoltaic power based on the actual situation of wind farms and photovoltaic power stations. Then, this paper deeply studies on the combined forecasting algorithm of regional wind power and photovoltaic power. Finally, a regional wind farms and photovoltaic combined output power forecasting method based on statistical upscaling approach is presented.
