Abstract
Smart grid achieves the maximum benefits by balancing the interests of power producers, retailers, power grids and users, it provides technical support and infuses new vitality for the reform of electric power market .In this paper, power integration is added into the demand side response model as a virtual price signal,so as to achieve the purpose of peak cutting and valley filling.A real - time electricity price model which based on user's electricity cost and satisfaction is established in demand side management. The user's electricity consumption and the satisfaction of electricity are optimized as the objective function. The elasticity of demand and integral system are added to the restriction condition. Real-time electricity price and integral system measures are used to influence users' electricity consumption behavior,so as to adjust electricity consumption, reduce the electricity cost of users and achieve the purpose of peak cutting and valley filling.
