Abstract
The emerging business investment evaluation system is established based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The subjective weight and objective weight of each index are determined by using G1-entropy weight synthesis method, combined to get the comprehensive weight of subjective and objective integration, and the comprehensive score of each business is calculated. Three key emerging businesses, namely smart grid and value-added services, integrated energy services and high-end equipment manufacturing, are selected for quantitative investment value evaluation algorithm validation to illustrate the effectiveness of the investment value evaluation model.
