Abstract
In order to solve the hydrodynamic interference problem of grouting clamp under the combined action of wave and current in complex sea conditions, this paper uses Morison formula to analyze the linear wave load on the grouting clamp. We analyzed the wave force and sea flow force of the vertical and horizontal grouting clamps, and calculated the hydrodynamic load. Finally, we used the press to carry out the anti-offload test of the clamp, it was verified that the slippage force of the grouting clamp is far greater than the wave load force received. The innovation can be summarized as a hydrodynamic comprehensive analysis of the grouting clamps in the vertical and horizontal directions. The feasibility of implementing the grouting clamp reinforcement method in the local damage repair operation of the offshore platform jacket has been confirmed.
