Abstract
Aiming at the problem of insufficient durability testing of thermal energy meters, a durability testing and quality analysis platform with complete functions and high degree of automation is developed and designed. In order to verify the monitoring accuracy and stability of the platform system, the performance test and quality analysis were carried out for the real-time performance of the platform system, the repeatability and reproducibility of the measurement system, and the effectiveness analysis are conducted according to the judgment criteria to ensure the safety and reliability of the platform system and meet the performance and quality requirements of the heat meter.
