Abstract
The Era of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence(AI) is a brand-new Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) model, which innovates the theory and technology of HCI adapted to it. Based on the theory of HCI and the model of technical application scenarios, we have an in-depth understanding of the degree and method of HCI, focus on the reasons for the intimacy of human-computer dialogue, and study the relationship between the degree of loneliness and the degree of intimacy in HCI. We defined the HCI scale with the pioneering idea of the Q-Sort method, collected 44 operational measurement items (k=0.765 and 0.812), and obtained 502 valid samples. The study found that with the improvement of HCI intelligence, HCI gradually increased. When the "approximation" critical point is exceeded, to the "very approximation" level, the level of intimacy drops sharply. The results show that loneliness is the primary factor affecting the intimacy of HCI, and lonely people are more likely to have intimacy with IRs rather than humans. although the intimacy of HCI will be significantly improved with the development of technology, there is a clear ethical boundary (sig<0.05).
