Abstract
Bolts and anchor cables are important components of roadway support and have achieved remarkable results. Reasonable arrangement of bolts and anchor cables to create a synergistic effect can effectively exert the physical and mechanical properties of the supporting components and control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway. Taking the mining roadway of the 16407 working face of Guandi Mine as the research object, FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to establish a model. The stress evolution law and deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock after roadway excavation were studied, and a synergetic support arrangement of bolts and anchor cables arranged in the same row was proposed. Support scheme, and compare the deformation of surrounding rock between the original support scheme and the optimized scheme. The results show that the synergetic arrangement of anchor bolts and cables in the same row can maximize the physical and mechanical properties of bolts and anchor cables, effectively reduce the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway, and enhance the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
