Abstract
Affected by the electromagnetic relationship, physical characteristics and operation status of the motor, the corresponding accuracy is difficult to reach 100% when it is controlled. Therefore, a fuzzy control method for synchronous motor with permanent magnet of new energy vehicles based on MFO algorithm is proposed. On the basis of fully analyzing the electromagnetic relationship, physical characteristics and operation status of the synchronous motor with permanent magnet of new energy vehicles, the mathematical model is constructed from the four perspectives of voltage, flux linkage, torque and motion. In the specific control phase, MFO algorithm is introduced, The objective function is set according to the objective demand of the fuzzy control of the Synchronous Motor with Permanent Magnet of the actual new energy vehicle, and the final optimization result of the moth is optimized by combining the position of the fire source and the brightness iteration, which is taken as the control result. In the test results, the designed control method not only achieved the fastest convergence, but also achieved high-precision control with the corresponding overshoot of 0.
