Abstract

Not all the physical evidence and traces left by field accidents are necessarily related to the occurrence of accidents and the identification of speed. Later appraisers also need to carry out the reconstruction of traffic accidents through the analysis of these evidence. Therefore, the traditional methods for the identification of speed of field road traffic accidents are generally complicated and not accurate enough. Therefore, Inter-frame Difference calculation method is more convenient, quick and accurate in the actual traffic accident case handling.
