Abstract
Submarine cable is an important channel for underwater power transmission and information transmission. However, due to the influence of ocean circulation and fishing vessel anchoring, the actual position of submarine cable is very easy to change. To solve the above problems, the active sound source is used to locate the submarine cable. The ship generates several signals along the submarine cable route, receives and demodulates the acoustic signals through the built-in optical fiber of the submarine cable, and uses the time difference of arrival (TDOA) algorithm to locate the position of a single channel, so as to determine the position of the entire submarine cable.
