Abstract

In recent years, the phenomenon of colleges and universities leaking students' private information in information disclosure has occurred from time to time, and the rights and interests of students have been infringed, which has also affected the school's information disclosure work. This article clarifies the content of students' privacy information, analyzes the reasons for the disclosure of private information, and explores how to protect students' private information in disclosure, teachers should do something for the question, students should enhance their awareness, and if necessary, take up the weapon of the law to protect their rights.
