Abstract

This paper presents GC¹ continuity condition between adjacent NURBS surface patches along common boundary curve and deduces specific algorithms for control points and weights of NURBS surface patch. For making another NURBS surface patch and one given NURBS surface patch to attain GC¹, according to algorithms condition, we can adjust another surface patch control points and weights. It is much more convenient for engineers to apply.
