Abstract
The activation for the natural water with 10.6 um CO2 laser are investigated experimentally. When the water are irradiated by CO2 laser beam, vibration of the water molecules is greatly strengthened, and form the water with short molecule chain structure: 'activated water'. The activating experimental process and results are reported. The most principal observation target of activated water is investigated by comparing activated water with ordinary water.
