In order to improve the problem of multi-channel and high-speed synchronous data sampling, a Broadband Signal synchronous sampling system of the inside and between boards is designed. It includes high-speed ADs with auto synchronous function, the synchronous sampling technology of between boards, analog light-module, digital light-module, GTX(Gigabit Transceiver) transmission technology. It ensures multi-channel synchronous data sampling and the phase coincidence indicator. Insides, the system can be realized easily and has stable synchronous performance and good extensibility. It can be widely implemented in area such as SAR, radiometer, phased array radar and so on.

In order to quickly scout the radar signal and accurately estimate the pulse arrive time, this paper proposes an estimation algorithm of pulse arrive time based on the differential filter in time domain. The simulation result shows that the proposed method has high accuracy of time estimation and the process time is shorter than the algorithm in frequency domain. So it can be used in engineering application.
