In this paper, a far-field pseudo-thermal correlation imaging system is proposed which is mainly composed of laser, thermal field modulation system, speckle far field emission system and high-sensitivity intensity fluctuation detection system, etc.. Because the correlation imaging system is based on the principle of intensity fluctuation statistical measurement, it needs to be reconstructed after multiple measurements. An image reconstruction algorithm based on compressive sensing is applied in this paper, which makes full use of sparsity constraints to effectively improve the image restoration effect. Finally, the feasibility of the method is verified by actual imaging test. The experimental results show that the proposed system can clearly image the remote target and obtain better recovery images under the same sampling times.
Panoramic imaging technology based on area array infrared uses area array staring infrared FPA, instead of linear infrared FPA. By utilizing FOV expanding instead of 360° scanning image, it can effectively decrease the system size and weight, and improve the range performance and reaction time. Currently, area array infrared panoramic imaging technology has become the hot topic and development direction of infrared imaging system. Based on deep research and analysis in area array infrared panoramic contra-scanning imaging technology, the contra-scanning imaging theory was ratiocinated, and the image rotation correction technology also was simply expatiated .In the end, this paper present the experimentation result and analysis. Thank to the Breakthrough of these key technology, it provides technical support for the renovation of panoramic imaging system from linear infrared sensors to area array staring infrared sensors.
Dynamic range is an important criterion for measuring the quality of CMOS image sensors, which is used to describe the ability of sensors in the detected scene to reflect the bright part and the dark part. In this paper, the research of CMOS dynamic range lifting technology is carried out, and the multiple slope integration technique of conditional reset is expounded in detail, and the experimental verification is carried out on CMOS camera system based on CMV20000. The experimental results show that the multiple slope integration technique can significantly improve the dynamic range of CMOS images.
