(Ga0.3In0.7)2Se3 films were deposited by the thermal evaporation technique. As-deposited (Ga0.3In0.7)2Se3 films were irradiated using wideband radiation of Cu-anode X-ray tube at different exposure times. The spectral dependences of refractive index and extinction coefficient were measured by the spectral ellipsometry technique. The optical transmission spectra of X-ray irradiated (Ga0.3In0.7)2Se3 films were studied depending on irradiation time. Parameters of Urbach absorption edge for X-ray irradiated (Ga0.3In0.7)2Se3 thin films were determined and compared with nonirradiated film. The spectral dependences of refractive indices of non-irradiated and X-ray irradiated (Ga0.3In0.7)2Se3 films are described in the framework of Wemple and DiDomenico model. TThe variation of the parameters of Wemple
and DiDomenico model for non-irradiated and X-ray irradiated (Ga0.3In0.7)2Se3 films was discussed.
Periodic fiber structures generally referred to as fiber Bragg gratings are of increasing interest to sensor designers. In recent years, structures in which the phase planes are not perpendicular to the fiber axis have appeared. The paper is devoted to modeling the dependence of the TFBG spectral response on the phase plane tilt angle. The article also contains measurement results of gratings produced on the basis of the model.
The results of an experimental study of obtaining approximate solutions of the multidimensional knapsack problem are presented in the paper. Three methods for obtaining these solutions are considered, based on branch-end-bound algorithms with a one-sided branching. One hundred test tasks of different dimensions have been solved for each method. The estimation of the approximation of the solutions obtained in relation to the best solution is provided, as well as the estimation of the computational complexity.
The concept of constructing functionally integrated sensors of thermal quantities is formulated on the basis of calorimetric methods of investigation, the novelty of which is the usage of components of solid-state microelectronics and multifunctional signal converters. The analysis and selection of organic materials has been carried out, and the green colored OLED has been formed with good output characteristics for temperature sensors. The spectral analysis of proposed structures is represented and the method of their obtaining is selected.
The wave’s propagation model in an unbounded domain with known values of an unknown function in two moments of time is described by a two-point in time problem for d'Alembert equation. A class of quasipolynomials in which the problem has a unique solution is established. The formula of constructing the solution of the problem is proposed. The example for applying the method is given.
A new analytic parameter-the degree of local depolarization (LPD) of the laser field-is theoretically justified. The technique of experimental measurement of LPD maps is presented. Sets of diagnostic parameters-statistical moments of the first-fourth order, the correlation area and the variance of the logarithmic distribution of the LPD power spectra are obtained. Differential diagnostics of rat skin carcinoma was realized.
In this paper considers the algorithm of laser beam spots image classification in atmospheric-optical transmission systems. It discusses the need for images filtering using adaptive methods, using, for example, parallel-hierarchical networks. The article also highlights the need to create high-speed memory devices for such networks. Implementation and simulation results of the developed method based on the PLD are demonstrated, which shows that the presented method gives 15-20% better prediction results than similar methods.
This paper is devoted to the numerical investigation of the availability at cloud service systems. In this paper criteria and constraints calculations were performed and obtained results were analyzed for synthesis purposes of distributed service platforms based on the cloud service-oriented architecture such as availability and system performance index variations by defined set of the main parameters. The method of synthesis has been numerically generalized considering the type of service workload in statistical form by Hurst parameter application for each integrated service that requires implementation within the service delivery platform, which is synthesized by structural matching of virtual machines using combination of elementary servicing components up to functionality into a best-of-breed solution.
As a result of restrictions from Amdahl's Law the necessity of cloud-networks clustering was shown, which makes it possible to break the complex dynamic network into separate segments that simplifies access to the resources of virtual machines and, in general, to the "clouds" and respectively simplifies complex topological structure, enhancing the overall system performance.
In overall, proposed approaches and obtained results numerically justifying and algorithmically describing the process of structural and functional synthesis of efficient distributed service platforms, which under process of their configuring and exploitation provides an opportunity to act on the dynamic environment in terms of comprehensive services range and nomadic users’ workload pulsing.
