Optoelectronics , Thin films , InGaN , GaN , solar cells , photovoltaics
Profile Summary

My research interests are primarily focused on the study of thin film electronic devices for applications as solar cells, sensors and transistors. Specifically my research falls under two areas; the primary area of research has been in the development of optoelectronic devices with in depth analysis of the electron hole transport phenomenon while the secondary area of research lies in the development of novel solid state devices such as cold cathodes and HEMT transistors. Over time I have also generated a keen interest in biochemical sensors integrating the fabricated devices into one complete system for data acquisition and analysis.
