Abstract
In this paper, we integrate the fluorescence and phase imaging simultaneously that uses the light field and the transport of intensity equation (TIE). Here, the fluorescence information is obtained by the light field imaging with an electrically tunable lens while phase imaging is done by TIE. For fluorescence, different intensity stacks are captured with image sensor to be used for reconstructing the fluorescence images using the concept of light field. To get the phase information of the same sample along with fluorescence, the three intensity images are captured by another image sensor for solving TIE for phase data. Experimental results of micro beads are presented in support of simultaneous imaging technique.
