Abstract

In order to ensure the smooth development of air pollution prevention and control work, help the air quality of A city to reach the provincial target in the "13th Five-Year" ending year，promote the implementation of air pollution prevention and control, effectively improve the air quality, A City has carried out the investigation and accounting of VOCs emissions from key industrial sources in the city.The characteristics of VOCs emission intensity and chemical composition were analyzed, and the specific data including industries, enterprises, processes, treatment facilities and emissions were counted. The decomposition goals and total accounting were carried out for the emission reduction assessment task of key volatile organic compounds projects in A City during the "13th Five-Year Plan". Based on 2015, the accounting of total emissions and emission reduction of VOCs industrial pollution sources in A City was completed [1].
