Abstract
In order to verify the influence of laser seeker tracking state on far field direct laser, a contrast experiment of laser seeker detection capability and tracking capability on far field direct and diffuse reflect laser has been carried on. To evaluate relative factors of turbulence, the laser energy density fluctuation by far field horizontal transmission were measured in the meantime. The experimental results show that the laser seeker can track the target surely in the situation of low energy change, but in the situation of strong energy change, the laser seeker can’t track the target continuously. This paper presented a preliminary analysis on the mechanism of laser seeker tracking state with the variable laser pulse energy, the AGC amplifier circuit response delay may be a major factor.
