Abstract
A new type of turntable structure is optimized for the lightweight design objectives of aerial work vehicle turntable structure. First, the structural calculation model is established by the HyperWorks software, and the optimal material distribution of the turntable is obtained according to topological analysis based on the variable density method of topology optimization theory. Then, a new high-altitude work vehicle turntable structure is designed considering the actual application of the components. The rigidity of the designed structure is increased by 16.14% on the basis of a 10% reduction in weight compared to the original structure, which achieves the optimal design goal of weight loss of the high-altitude vehicle turntable structure.
