Abstract
Using the similarity theory of centrifugal pump and the law of impeller cutting, the hydraulic components are geometrically enlarged, the capacity of the impeller and other hydraulic components of the existing centrifugal pump in the system is expanded, and the flow at the rated point is increased while keeping the head unchanged. At the same time, the installation scale of the pump unit is guaranteed to remain unchanged, so as to achieve the effect of low-cost capacity expansion. Through practice, the feasibility and economy of this method are verified.
