Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low precision and complex calculation of existing sub-pixel edge location algorithm, this paper proposes a sub-pixel edge location algorithm based on logistic regression. The algorithm uses logistic regression to classify the pixels in the image, distinguish the foreground and background of the image, and locate the sub-pixel edge accurately. The results of the sub-pixel location of the straight edge of the measuring block show that compared with the existing sub-pixel edge extraction algorithms, the sub-pixel edge location algorithm based on logistic regression has higher location accuracy, higher reliability and faster calculation speed, and can be used for high-precision measurement.
