Abstract
Under the new situation, with the continuous advancement of the reform of the power system, the operation and maintenance investment management of substations has gradually developed in the direction of "intelligence and intensive". Therefore, strengthening the scientific nature of substation operation and maintenance management and improving the lean nature of substation operation and maintenance investment has become one of the development goals of cost investment management for power grid companies. Based on the current status of substation operation and maintenance investment management, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation method for the operation safety risk of substation equipment, and combines the comprehensive evaluation scores of different substations to determine the annual operation and maintenance investment allocation quota for each substation, thereby improving substation operation and maintenance The scientific nature of input allocation.
