Abstract
The airstair system of civil aircraft is used to improve the adaptability of the aircraft airport. How to evaluate the airstair system to meet the safety design requirements is a new challenge for the aircraft. According to the design scheme of the airstair system, the main functions of the airstair system are analysed in detail by using the fault tree analysis method. The established fault tree is used for qualitative analysis, and the result shows that the design of the airstair system can meet the requirements of safety.
