Abstract
In the context of the rapid development of global information technology, big data with its huge value is being widely concerned by the community. Based on the perspective of big data-driven, this research selects the data of A-share listed companies in new energy automobile industry as the research object explores the mechanism of policy combination tools and enterprise's own characteristics on patent quality by constructing a moderated mediation model. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) R&D investment plays a mediating role between government subsidies and patent quality;(2) Tax reduction plays a moderating role between government subsidies and R&D investment. (3) The nature of enterprises plays a moderating role between R&D investment and patent quality. (4) Enterprise classification plays a moderating role between R&D investment and patent quality. According to the conclusion, government should pay attention to the effect of policy combination tools, promote enterprise system reform and improve enterprise R & D environment.
