Abstract
In order to ensure the evaluation of carrying capacity of resources and environment and suitability for territorial and spatial development abbreviated as Dual-evaluation work in a scientific, standardized and effective manner, the evaluation system of carrying capacity of resources and environment and suitability for territorial and spatial development is designed and implemented. The system includes Dual-evaluation data resources management, online evaluation, evaluation results output management, guidelines and cases management, and uses GDAL, GeoServer REST service, online evaluation technologies to realize the system data resources storage, online evaluation and evaluation results publish functions. The results show that it has a great significance for to comprehensively promote the Dual-evaluation work for various level users.
