Abstract
The back EMF method is usually used in the operation control of sensorless BLDC motor, but in the starting stage of the motor, because its speed is too low, it is difficult to accurately detect the back EMF, resulting in starting failure or out of step reverse rotation of the motor. Aiming at the starting problem of BLDC motor without position sensor, this paper proposes a new starting algorithm. Compared with the traditional three-stage starting and inductance method, it can make more accurate positioning and acceleration, find a more suitable back EMF switching point, and have higher starting efficiency and starting success rate. Through experiments and exploration, the feasibility of the algorithm is verified.
