Abstract
Aero-engine maintenance mode was transferred from the prescheduled maintenance to the condition-based maintenance. The condition-based maintenance can help to improve the engine reliability and reduce the maintenance costs. The study of the condition monitoring system was the key step of the condition-based maintenance. According to the characteristics of aero-engine high speed signal, this paper designs monitoring system. Firstly, the foreign experience of aero-engine condition monitoring system was learned. The structure, functional requirements and selection of monitoring events were proposed for a condition monitoring system, and then the principle prototype and its simulation platform of airborne condition monitoring system were implemented, which was helpful to the condition monitoring system study.
