Abstract
Due to the characteristics of space products such as long life, harsh and complex service environment, various metal materials used in space products are put forward strict requirements. The sample box of a low-temperature equipment will have "dew point" corrosion in the low-temperature -80℃ working environment, and the anti-corrosion performance of the material surface directly affects whether the sample box can serve in the harsh and complex environment for a long time. Through the selection of parts material, parts and components surface anti-corrosion treatment, enhance the anti-corrosion performance of components in low temperature environment. To explore the shear strength and peel strength of low-release one-component RTV and space-grade RTV at room temperature and -80℃, as the guiding parameters for the selection of anti-corrosion coating, and finally realize the sample box in the low-temperature -80℃ environment with high reliability and long life.
