Abstract
At present, China's furniture manufacturing enterprises are still in a backward stage in the application of production lines. Most of the production lines of enterprises are still manual, and workers have been engaged in a simple and repetitive work for a long time, which inevitably leads to the problem of unbalanced production lines. This paper takes the table furniture manufacturing enterprises as the research object, investigates the tableware manufacturing process, obtains the production line data, and uses the application program analysis, operation analysis, action analysis and other methods to analyze the current situation of the table production line. Then, using the "5W1H" questioning technique and the four principles of "ECRS", the action analysis and improvement of some stations on the table production line were carried out, and some stations were reasonably split and merged. The bits are decomposed and reorganized. After the improvement, the handling times of the dining table production line were reduced by 5 times, the time was saved by 96.45 seconds, the number of people was reduced by 4, and the distance was reduced by 21 meters. It can be seen that the balance improvement of the company's table production line is necessary and effective.
