Abstract
Levelness of drilling platform is an important index to evaluate its performance. Based on angle sensor as measuring unit and single chip microcomputer as the control core, a four-legged drilling platform is constructed. A hydraulic automatic balancing system is designed by using the synchronous characteristics of hydraulic transmission and the way of unidirectional balancing and linkage of two legs. The practical application of engineering drilling-rig shows that the balancing system has good reliability, especially suitable for large tonnage drilling-rig.
