Abstract
Rolling bearing is the most central function unit in rotating agricultural mechanical equipment, it is vulnerable to damage in operation because of complex working environment, Therefore bearing fault diagnosis and stateful inspection technology has become research focus of rotary agricultural machines in the present age. entropy theory provides a measure for the complexity and randomness of vibration signals and is widely used in bearing fault diagnosis. This paper summarizes the origin, application and development of entropy theory and the future development direction is prospected.
