Abstract
Based on Unity3d virtual engine and 3ds Max modeling software, this paper takes intelligent manufacturing as the foundation and virtual simulation system as the guide to complete the construction of intelligent manufacturing simulation system in colleges and universities. Aiming at the problems existing in the practical teaching of intelligent manufacturing in higher vocational colleges, the system will take advantage of the application advantages of information technology such as virtual simulation, 3D digital modeling, Web3D visual interaction, and make highly virtual simulation modeling design of real intelligent manufacturing production lines, industrial robots and electrical control equipment. It simultaneously supports the functions of robot offline programming, virtual debugging of electrical control, virtual operation simulation, and fully simulates the real production process of intelligent manufacturing. It greatly facilitates students' in-depth understanding and mastery of intelligent manufacturing engineering planning, process analysis, engineering verification, and also provides a necessary auxiliary role for college teachers to carry out practical teaching activities of intelligent manufacturing. The design and application of the system not only effectively promoted the reform of the teaching mode of intelligent manufacturing specialty in colleges and universities, but also made a useful attempt to cultivate high-quality skilled talents of intelligent manufacturing specialty urgently needed by the society.
