Abstract
Hydraulic devices are electromechanical hydraulic composite systems, and the fault causes and phenomena are coupled and correlated in multiple systems, so the effective fault diagnosis needs to master the necessary system performance parameters. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out performance judgment, fault diagnosis, replacement and debugging of hydraulic devices and components of heavy vehicles effectively by modern means such as convenient and effective hydraulic device testing instruments and equipment. This paper introduces the hydraulic device technical condition evaluation system, which can detect the pressure of hydraulic device and evaluate, providing effective means for vehicle preventive maintenance.
