Abstract
To explore training effects of “living high-training low” on special movement quality of Men Freestyle Wrestlers. 14 excellent male wrestlers were randomly divided into two group: low-oxygen group—HiLo (n= 7) and control group—LoLo (n=7), and experiment was lasted for 4 weeks. Methods: HiLo group exposure for 10 hours in a hypoxic environment (14.2% ~ 14.8%O2) every day. The change of related indexs are separately examined before experiment, every weekend and after a week experiment, The results showed that, after the experiment (1 days) and the end of the experiment after 1 weeks, Hilo group and Lolo group athlete special strength index, the specific speed endurance index and special action speed index was improved in different degrees. compared with the after one day of test. after one week of test each special quality index of HiLo players were greatly improved. And the level of each special index of Hilo group of athletes have significant difference compared with the before test (P > 0.05) by paired T test,But there was no significant difference for the Lolo group athletes (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The immediate effect is not obvious of living high-training low (4weeks) for Men Freestyle Wrestlers pecial movement quality,But next week, effect is remarkable.
