Abstract
This paper aims to reduce the animation director's workload when redrawing an original illustration. The job of an animation director is to unify the style of various animators' illustrations. In Japanese TV animation have problems such as a short delivery time and large numbers of corrections; therefore, the animation production team is unable to make corrections in time, and the TV company has to respond by postponing the broadcast. This paper proposes to reduce the animation director's workload using character style transformations using a Globally and Locally Consistent Image Completion (GLCIC) algorithm. This paper proposes character style transformations using a Globally and Locally Consistent Image Completion (GLCIC) algorithm. As a result, this paper was able to translate the illustrations into the directory's illustration style, this method may become a beneficial tool.
