Abstract
The popularization and application of Internet technologies accelerate digital transformation of new retail enterprises. Based on “People-Product-Place”, a marketing theory of China’s new retail, this paper designed a smart digital system for new retail through consumer digitization, channel digitization and terminal scene digitization. We deeply studied the digital transformation of new retail from the aspects of member label database, precision marketing and promotion, and drive consumer operation through the application of label database. The computer vision system with in-depth learning and training in store, shelf and display management can accurately identify the commodity information in the picture, automatically detect and send out early warning in real time. Then K-Means, RCM Model, F1 Score and Life Cycle Management (LCM) to the smart digital platform, open up the whole link with the help of cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT), business intelligence (BI) and other technologies, and quickly push goods to the exact customers through proper channels.
