Abstract
Product market competition intensifies. Designers need logical and easy-to-operate design models to guide product innovation design. Through the technology maturity prediction, demand analysis, system function analysis, problem-solving analysis and preliminary scheme ideality evaluation of the target product, this paper forms an innovative design model of mechanical products based on TRIZ theory. So the product can eliminate harmful effects and deterioration parameters as much as possible in the conceptual design stage. And this model can maximize the evolution trajectory of the technical system and improve the product ideality. Finally, the model is used to carry out an innovative design of the intelligent wire screen knitting machine to verify the feasibility of the model.
