Abstract
With the development of the times, the requirements for the accuracy and stability of indoor positioning continue to increase. Ultra-Wideband (UWB) positioning has been widely used with its extremely high resolution and anti-multipath characteristics, and has become a prominent representative of indoor positioning technology. This essay studies the application of UWB wireless communication and positioning technology in the field of indoor positioning. In view of this situation, this paper intends to discuss the application of UWB technology in indoor real-time positioning and discuss the advantages of UWB technology in achieving indoor accurate positioning from the aspects of ranging principle, positioning algorithm and error source.
