Abstract
In order to seek ship planning strategies for steel enterprises under low carbon conditions. We convert carbon emissions into carbon emission costs as a function of ship load and ship speed, and establish a mixed-integer nonlinear programming model with the lowest total cost as the objective from the perspective of steel enterprises along the Yangtze River. The model comprehensively considers factors such as time, dynamic price, transshipment, ship type, carbon emission, and inventory. According to the characteristics of the model, nonlinear terms in the model are converted into linear terms. CPLEX is used to solve this model. Numerical experiments of small, medium and large scale, sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis are carried out, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed model.
