Abstract
In this paper, we set up a shared parking allocation method in central urban areas with the goal of improving the comprehensive benefits generated by parking allocation. Firstly, conduct problem analysis to determine assumptions, model parameters, and variables; Next, select parking lots based on factors such as travel time, walking distance, and parking costs; then, determine the optimization objective and establish a parking allocation model; Finally, genetic algorithm is used to solve the model and obtain the optimal allocation scheme. This method can effectively improve the efficiency of shared parking in the central urban area, optimize parking resources, alleviate parking pressure, while ensuring the efficiency of public parking lots, minimizing travel costs and improving travel quality as much as possible.
