Abstract
Extrusion machine in the extrusion industry is the main power consumption equipment, heavy horizontal aluminum extrusion machine installed power, high energy consumption, not only affect the economic benefits of enterprises, but also cause the waste of social energy. In view of this situation, through the analysis of the hydraulic system of the traditional extruder, the use of motor speed regulation + variable pump servo electro-hydraulic system control design to save energy and reduce consumption of the extruder, and develop three working modes, reasonable control motor frequency and pump deflection Angle match, solve the problem of high energy consumption of the traditional extruder, simplify the hydraulic system, and contribute to the energy saving and environmental protection of the extruder industry.
